Ive just moved out to Tewksbury and this dunkin has messed my order up 4 times. Getting ridiculous just close the shop and put another store there. Now i'm going into a 12 hour shift starving

The coffee at DD has gone down hill so much in the past few years that I can't enjoy it at all! They used to care about where they get their coffee beans and you could count on a decent cup of joe...not anymore, it seems like they're getting their beans from wherever they can get a good price and it doesn't matter if the coffee tastes like swill.

I am so disgusted. Fortunately the worker put cream cheese on the bagel by the pound and prob 3lbs of it so I had to open the bagel to remove some which is when I saw the big black hair sitting in the cream cheese. I would never stop here again if it was the last place to get food and my life depended on it. 🤮
If yall order food I’d bring a magnifying glass and thoroughly search your food otherwise you’re likely eating hair.

I had placed a mobile order for a sandwich as well as a blueberry muffin. I pull up to the window and they give me the sandwich and I started to pull away before realizing that my muffin wasn’t in the bag so I went back through the drive-through and I said “hi there, my muffin wasn’t in my bag. I had just came through to pick up my order.” And they told me they were out of blueberry. So instead of giving me options at the window previously for what I could’ve had to replace the muffin I had paid for, or refund me, they were just gonna let me drive away and keep the extra money I’d paid. Not great customer service in my opinion.

This is not a 1 star for the service. It is for the managment. Hire more workers! Sticking 1 person to cover the drive thru and main store is unreal. It is a major dunks right off the highway and next to many companies. Be better and hire more workers.

The guy working the drive thru was kind of a jerk, but I didn’t know he was a very obvious thumb print in my donut with his hair on top of it rude. I threw away my coffee too just in case. ?

Absolutely horrendous service . Came to pick up a large coffee. I was ignored in front of the cash register for several minutes than greeted with what do I want ? . To be handed a coffee that was already made. After realizing it it isn't what I wanted . Clerk went and pour the ingredients . I did not take a sip untill I stepped in the car. I was handed the wrong coffee on the sticker it rights 1 sugar 5 cream order number 9186 . I ordered mocha hazelnut with cream and sugar . So the clerk basically failed to make my coffee 2 different times ans handed me the wrong coffee on the 3th try . How does this business stay float ?

So I roll up to Dunkin' Donuts and I'm ready for my morning coffee fix. I walk in and there's this worker named Kam, and let me tell you, this girl was like a walking ball of energy! She was bouncing around behind the counter, taking orders with lightning speed, and doing all sorts of crazy tricks with the donuts. It was like watching a donut ninja in action! ??But here's where things took a turn for the unexpected. As Kam was handing me my coffee, she accidentally bumped into a tray of donuts, and they went flying through the air! It was like a donut tornado just swept through the shop. Donuts were spinning, jelly was splattering, and everyone in the shop was in shock. But you know what? Kam didn't miss a beat. She just started juggling the donuts in mid-air like it was part of the show! ?♂️?I couldn't help but burst out laughing, and soon the whole shop was laughing along with me. Kam turned a potentially chaotic situation into a hilarious donut spectacle. It was definitely a memorable experience, to say the least!Despite the donut tornado, I have to give props to Kam and the rest of the Dunkin' Donuts team for their quick reflexes and ability to turn a mishap into a moment of pure entertainment. They definitely know how to keep things interesting! ??So, if you're ever in the mood for some donuts with a side of unexpected surprises, head on over to Dunkin' Donuts and see if Kam is still there. Who knows what crazy antics she'll be up to next!
