absolute worst dunkin i’ve ever been to in my life whole staff was rude and obnoxious to EVERYBODY screaming and talking and not making the food. waited 20 minutes for 2 wake-up wraps on a mobile order while the kitchen staff talking about “whether their getting a niece or a nephew” place should honestly just be closed down

Worst customer service I ordered a sausage,egg and cheese on a english and I order a coffee my food was over cook the coffee was gross I asked to speak to the manager I was told I could not speak to her ended up finder her at the gas station idk why she was over their when I spoke with her about her employees and the servicd she told me if I didn't like her employees service to go across the street very unprofessional I am very disappointed

Already started with a slightly rude person taking orders who wasn’t happy with not being able to hear me (he was trying to take my order before I was at the window) and he ended up correcting himself and being nicer later on but once I got to the window the lady that greeted me tried giving me a coffee to which I said it wasn’t my order and she proceeded to read off most of my order while missing 2 things so just to be safe I said it also has these two other items and she seemed to go nicely fix it until the other worker came over which she then repeatedly started getting angry saying “I asked him that I asked him that” and then turned to me smiling and said “and you ordered a coffee with that as well right” showing she was still confused and mixing up the order so I went to go on my way without caring much and as I was leaving she started shouting to the other workers nastily that she had read off my order correctly and that she doesn’t know why I was complaining when i just wanted to make sure my order was correct because it was obvious they were scrambling a bit and we all know how fast food gets. I usually don’t write reviews but at the end of the day I got an bagel I couldn’t eat bc I had no cream cheese while she was too busy yelling about how she read off the correct order and I was wrong. Might come back when the staff changes but it’s gonna be a bit

coffee was horrible, no sugar, bagel was stale and it was supposed to have bacon and they gave it to me with sausage - service was fine - but they need to focus on the order and get it right!
Worst Dunkin’s in town. Either your coffee is cold or your cup smells like a cleaning rag. Doesn’t matter who’s working. They are all terrible.

I had to pull over on the side of the road to write this review. That's how annoying this is.
Woman at the window seemed like she didn't want to be there. She had a stank attitude, no customer service skills and needs to be replaced immediately. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese "ON IT". I was given a Bagel without cheese and no knife ri spread it on it. Smh. Just go across the street and order dunkin for there

I now work here but before working here I came here every day as a customer and I wouldn’t only come here because it’s the only dunks in the whole area that can make my simple coffee right and taste normal (mocha iced black) only place that can do it. Never got food messed up and I know they are insanely busy here to after starting here they get a huge amount of customers and mobile orders too it’s very busy and still can stay top on the time in drive through almost always. We never make customers wait an extended period of time. We make food to order and always make sure we don’t give anyone anything old or not cooked properly we make sure each customer is taken care of and not given attitude at all. After working here it’s been getting increasing busy but we all keep up with it and to the best of our ability
