This is the worst dunkin around! This store is usually not busy, but you'll wait well over 10 minutes for just a coffee whether you go inside the store or through the drive thru even when you are the only customer in line. And most of the staff, not all, are rude, miserable and dirty looking. I stopped going to this store.

Absolutely the rudest customer service ever! And to find out it was by the Manager! They had an issue with the register and they argued with the customers in front of us. People were walking out. When something was said to him he told us ‘to go to the store across the street’ He does not belong in customer service, nevermind a management position. This was 9am 10/19, there really should be a follow up to such rudeness!!!!

This dunk donuts is terrible. It was better before they got rid of the manager. Now it is run by a bunch of rude people who don’t like to do anything except talk no. Sense to each other and have customers wait 15 minutes for a black ice coffee. Place sucks they need to start over at this location and let every one of their employees go. Place blows

The most pathetic excuse of a drive through I’ve ever experienced. Coffee is a fast ordered thing, especially at 6:30 AM. Waiting 25 minutes with only 3 people in front of me for you to still screw up my coffee order is insane.

Worst customer service I ordered a sausage,egg and cheese on a english and I order a coffee my food was over cook the coffee was gross I asked to speak to the manager I was told I could not speak to her ended up finder her at the gas station idk why she was over their when I spoke with her about her employees and the servicd she told me if I didn't like her employees service to go across the street very unprofessional I am very disappointed

Already started with a slightly rude person taking orders who wasn’t happy with not being able to hear me (he was trying to take my order before I was at the window) and he ended up correcting himself and being nicer later on but once I got to the window the lady that greeted me tried giving me a coffee to which I said it wasn’t my order and she proceeded to read off most of my order while missing 2 things so just to be safe I said it also has these two other items and she seemed to go nicely fix it until the other worker came over which she then repeatedly started getting angry saying “I asked him that I asked him that” and then turned to me smiling and said “and you ordered a coffee with that as well right” showing she was still confused and mixing up the order so I went to go on my way without caring much and as I was leaving she started shouting to the other workers nastily that she had read off my order correctly and that she doesn’t know why I was complaining when i just wanted to make sure my order was correct because it was obvious they were scrambling a bit and we all know how fast food gets. I usually don’t write reviews but at the end of the day I got an bagel I couldn’t eat bc I had no cream cheese while she was too busy yelling about how she read off the correct order and I was wrong. Might come back when the staff changes but it’s gonna be a bit
