Hot chocolate sucks everyday, idk whats hard about powder and water. The whipped cream is always like they only have 1 bottle to last them the rest of the day and it's already gone. Not to mention the hot chocolates about 65 cents more than any other dunks I've been to, easily spend over a dollar more for a drink and a wrap here than at other dunks for some reason.

Dunkin' isn't really known for their service, but this one stands out as being particularly slow. What makes it worse is they have one of those drive throughs where once you are in it, there is no way out. So you are trapped waiting for the slowest service know to man. I literally just waited 15 minutes in line with 2 cars ahead of me. And this isn't a one time thing, this is just the regular service there. It's my own stupid fault for giving them another chance. Lesson learned

This Duncan is by far one of the worst I've ever been to. Every single time I come here my order is incorrect and I have a long way to head of me no matter what even if there's no one else there for some reason lol. Today I ordered a medium iced coffee with no sugar and three cream in an order of loaded hash browns. After a 17 minute wait in the Drive-Thru I got my food and coffee and pulled off I took one sip and I instantly realized it was made incorrectly. The coffee had what seemed to be like five or six creams and it had sugar. I was already late so I had to leave I decided to eat my food instead and try to get a coffee somewhere else later on, after one bite the cheese on the loaded hash brown was ice cold which completely ruined it so after spending almost 20 minutes and $9 I can't eat or drink the food or coffee I received. I was also met at the window with attitude by the server like I was putting her day off by just being a customer. It's like this every time I come here something is made incorrectly in the staff sucks. They just seem to be very lazy and lethargic... I don't get it if you don't want to work with customers then don't get a job and customer service they need to fire everybody that works there and start from scratch or management needs to be present and really buckle down because this is the worst Duncan hands down and I highly recommend anyone go anywhere else even if it's out of your way before coming here. Sorry for the long rant I'm just aggravated once again and I go to hundreds of duncans all over the state for my job and this one is the worst.

I have been coming to this establishment for years, but I have had to go elsewhere. The Coffee is burnt & bitter and undrinkable now. I had to go to another Dunkin Donuts. :(

This location is the definition of trash. Drive through line is awful. The service even with mobile orders is AWFUL. How can you get a coffee so wrong when its just one ingredient. They always pour the coffee till it overflows and is dripping out of the cup. They are not trained to install lids or have any idea how to read orders. Avoid this location and save yourself some $$

Don't go here in the morning unless you have 15 extra minutes to spare. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I would have left before ordering but it has a drive through that locks you in once you pull in.

Slowest drive through line I have EVER been in. I rarely leave reviews but I felt I should warn people. You get trapped in the drive thru line, there's no way to exit it. I was in the line for 35 minutes and waiting for someone to take my order for 5 or more minutes at the speaker with NO cars in front of me. I don't know if they are short staffed or what but this is an unacceptably slow amount of time to get a cup of coffee. I'll never be back.

I've come here many times before. It is a hit or miss. Sometimes the service and food is good, sometimes it is not. I just went to get a dunkin refresher and 2 egg and cheese wake-up wraps, and they handed me the refresher right away, but then they did not realize that I ordered the food as well. I mentioned that I had two wake up wraps then the person at the window seemed irritated. I then waited for over 5 minutes, where I was handed my two wake-up wraps and told that the first two were burned. As shown in the picture, this is what one of the wake-up wraps looked like...

My experience with Dunkin’ has been hit or miss, and this store was a miss. The building seemed dirty and had broken machines, to my disappointment. While the employees were friendly, they made multiple mistakes, and the food was ultimately lackluster (stale bagels lacking cream cheese). The coffee, however, was pretty good. I’m willing to give this Dunkin’ another chance, but many changes are needed. Pray for this Dunkin’! ?

Took a good 15-20 minutes just to get a mobile Pickup order from them. I understand they were busy and short staffed but I wasn't the only one who was frustrated. There was a lady who was trying to get to Laconia who also had a mobile order and she was furious as well

This is the slowest ever. When you get in the drive thru you CANNOT get out. It’s a back one car alley. People behind us were getting out of their cars and walking inside leaving the driver in drive thru line. Horrible.
