While eating saw a roach crawling on the wall in my booth and when brought to the servers attention, she brought the manager who acted like she didn’t know what it was and wanted me to identify it. You already knew you had roaches, I didn’t, why are asking me to identify what’s on the wall? We weren’t charged for the partially eaten meal, but we still left a nice tip for the server as she was very nice, and it wasn’t her fault. but will not be coming back here again. The reaction from the “manager” was just crazy.

Me and my better half were out running our usual errands and before heading to the bank we realized we were both hungry, so we stopped into our usual IHOP. We come here about once or twice a year, and it’s always this location.
Even though the parking lot was pretty full, we were seated right away. Our server Melissa was very kind and welcoming from the start. She had on a fun holiday sweater, which led to some light conversation and laughs. She even noticed us taking pictures together and mentioned how nice it was to see a couple still enjoying the moment and making memories.
The food came out hot and filling, the coffee was on point, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. To top it off, we even spotted Santa and Mrs. Claus sitting across the dining room, which made the whole visit feel extra festive this close to Christmas 🎄😂.
Overall, great service, good food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Good company, good vibes, and another solid IHOP memory added to the books.
there was a cockroach on my chocolate chip pancake, i thought the chocolate chip was running from us…. the waitress and manager were both very nice and apologetic about the situation but informed me it’s been an issue for a few weeks they comped the bill super sweet not at fault but just it makes me wonder how often we’re eating roaches i’ve been to this location many times and this was the first time this happened

I always order the $6 breakfast special I've ordered it in probably eight different IHOPs between Massachusetts and New Hampshire have never had an issue I called these people up to place the order and they tell me that they charge $7 evidently their food's better than every other IHOP LOL and that's okay I was willing to pay the $7 even though I really don't like paying more for something then every other place but whatever then I asked for what I always get I don't eat the pancakes so I actually get hash browns instead of pancakes and the woman's attitude was we don't do substitutions well then I don't order from you. Whoever the franchise owner of this place is do better because this is terrible.

Compared to some of the IHOPs in Massachusetts, the premise may be due for renovation, as other sites have beautifully done. Nonetheless, our waitress is just as attentive, polite and efficient, and the menu as cost effective. Deserves loyal patrons like myself who have grown up eating IHOP meals at all locations and all hours since childhood.
We were traveling and needed to stop for breakfast. This location is right off the highway! When we walked in it was super clean and smelled clean. We were greeted right away and seated. The atmosphere is very family friendly…we saw kids, seniors, families, even a high school/college soccer team of young men. Our waitress was Lynn. She was very responsive and friendly. Our food was brought out quickly. After enjoying a tasty breakfast, we were back on the highway quickly. Very satisfied with the whole experience! My family and I will be back, the next time we are traveling through.
