My family and I have ALWAYS gone to the Jade East for AT LEAST the last 20+years. The food and service has g one so far down hill. The Chicken fingers had barely any chicken and the chicken that was there was tougher than nails, the beef teriyaki was ALL fat, and the boneless ribs were burnt beyond recognition. The beef mushroom chow yolk had 2 little pieces of beef. Our waitress was beyond rude.She just gave off a negative vibe, like she didn't want to be there. Needles to say I don't think we will be going back. It really breaks my heart because it has always been a spot for my family to make memories when everyone got together after make of them moving out of state. Such a shame 😔

Food is amazing. Plenty of seating in 3 different areas. Staff makes everyone feel like family. I've never had to look, or ask for my server. They always check on you. Kid friendly. Whether you eat in or take out, the food is amazing. Experience it fir yourself. You will not be disappointed.

It’s hard to find good Chinese food on this side on mass but this place definitely hits the spot everything was fresh and delicious I highly recommend!
Best Chinese restaurant in the area. Other reviews of the egg rolls are correct, they are excellent. Great service and food. I will be coming back whenever I'm in the area.

Found a hair in my food! Showed the owner and she just laughed.
Sorry we did not like it all. The service was not good, the food didn‘t taste good and really expansive. $ 10.50 for a side of rice, $ 10.50 for 2 Cokes. No reaction at all when I returned most of my order because I didn‘t like it. A really disappointing and overpriced experience.

Quality of food was subpar. They don’t know how to cook Szechuan cuisine. Food we ordered was watery and tasteless. Takeout ordering process was very unpleasant. Firstly, they asked me to wait for a few mins - and made me listen to their conversation with their customers who are coming into the restaurant. 10 mins later a rude woman took my order - I had to repeat everything thrice to make her understand what I need. End of the day the food we received was not as expected. I have had better Chinese food. I would have given 0 stars to food if possible. Never going back there.
