The steaks remain stellar, but an assistant manager came to my booth where I was dining alone. instructing me to lower or turn off my phone, I was watching a TV program. The ambience at LSH is family, moderately noisy, and country music as a constant. My phone was not drowning out any of that. I complied. Then I spoke to the manager who admitted that I shouldn't have been approached that way. I will not be returning due to this unfortunate encounter.

Amazing food, great price, with exceptional service and atmosphere.
Food was pretty good for a chain. Atmosphere fit the chain motif. Staff didn't really connect with the customers. Beers were especially pricey for this type of place. And there was a pretty limited selection across varieties.

On March 12th we met for dinner to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were a party of five, placed our orders and were expecting a nice meal. After the waiter took our orders another person delivered four out of the five meals. We couldn’t find our waiter , so my daughter went looking for him since everyone was waiting to eat . When he came back to the table he said ( oh, you didn’t get your meal ? ). He went to check and came back and said she forgot about it. I told him forget it I don’t want it now because everybody was done eating. He said are you sure and I said three times I’m all set just bring our check.. I don’t like giving negative feedback but that was unacceptable…

Had dinner with my wife and it was a great experience except for the service. We went long periods of time without seeing our server. We had to grab other servers to ask for refills. Steaks were perfect; however, the broccoli was over-steamed.
Steak was cooked perfectly. Baked potato very dry.

We had dinner at the Tewksbury location. It was really busy for a week night. the house wings were delicious, fresh and well seasoned. The rib-eye (medium) cooked perfectly. everything was good macaroni and cheese and salads. The server was not that great but it was busy, Definitely will go back.
Parking: The parking was somewhat full because there were a lot of people that night
