Was looking for a Great ice cream place Christmas Eve and they were open. I drove 20 minutes and it was so worth it. I bought 6 pints of different flavors and each one tasted better than the other.

The kind of ice-cream shop I grew up with. Long lines throughout the summer, open year round, awesome 'seasonal' ice-cream flavors. The kind of place that always brings me back to childhood. The place is pricey but worth EVERY PENNY. The portions are large & always flavorful.
Parking: Plenty of parking & always extra parking in the lot next door.

A nice, chill place to get an ice cream in Tewksbury. The ice cream menu is very long, so it may take a while to choose, but you won't be disappointed. The servings are massive, so I'd recommend going hungry. The service is fast and friendly too.

Mac’s is a Tewksbury staple! The ice cream is great and they offer many different flavors. It’s right on main st and impossible to miss with the large silo attached to the building. Today I got the German Chocolate Cake ice cream which was great! Parking can be a bit tight on busy days. They have several picnic tables right there for eating.
Parking: There is a free parking lot right out front, but it can fill up quickly on busy days.
Ice cream was delicious. It was so hard to choose from all the flavors. And the portion sizes were so generous

Asked for an ice cream with no nuts. Made sure they knew I had an allergy to nuts. They called my name and the ice cream had nuts. I explained I ordered and specified no nuts do to an allergy. They took it back and gave me a new one. 1/3 of the way done I noticed 2 nuts in the ice cream. I brought it back and they said they took the nuts and whipped cream off and thought that was sufficient. Do not go here if you have allergies because I do not think they understand how severe allergic reactions can be.
