Doesn’t matter what I order, I get parked to wait for food every single time I come here. The order is right at least half the time, so I’ll give them that. But it takes them 15 minutes and a full lot of cars waiting for their orders to make a happy meal and McDouble.

The lady at the drive-thru didn't even know that I ordered when I pulled up to pay. When I questioned the pricing she told me to pull forward to the front window and the young lady there give me a hard time. She also couldn't give me a receipt. I'm sitting here in the parking lot with the wrong food. Because they confused my order with another . So I paid more for someone else's food. The food was good but it's snowing and raining right now so I'm not getting out of the car to bring it back. But they're so busy yapping inside with the employees, that's probably why they messed up. Too busy talking. you need to pay attention to your customers. And drop the attitude. I knew you messed up my order.

I am still in the drive way waiting for my employees order because they ordered 14 amburger. I ask the guy to refill my drink and he told me no is not and feel free to don't come back here. He was so rude the McDonald's in Tewksbury next to the market basket. Around 11h20 pm we just making the company making more money but this guy is destroying McDonald's and can make it lost 15 people or more from big companies so work more on that don't force people who don't won't to work, with behaviors they are so rude and they don't even have a manager to complaint about they behavior.

I went through the drive-thru but received food that I didn't order. It was too much trouble to return or exchange as English was not their first language and they couldn't understand me. I can see from other reviews that there is a customer service problem in general at this location.

When the employees are standing around and talking for over five minutes and not helping customers. And then proceeded to tell me that at 10:32 you’re not serving breakfast anymore is bullshit especially when you’re standing around doing nothing and talking to each other. Great service obviously what would you expect for McDonald’s? Disgusting

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The staff messed up my order and ingredients were missing in the food that I paid for it. The manager noralis did not help at all instead she was just rude and blamed me, the costumer for her own mistake and did not take accountability.

Qp with cheese was dried out, the McDouble looked like it was slapped together by an orangutan and needed major reconstructive surgery, and the fries were from yesterday. Oh, and there wasn't a clean table to be found at 8pm on a Sunday night. So McDonald's, I understand why your market share is plummeting. The main thing I don't understand is why it takes an act of congress to get ketchup. The tossed the meal on the counter and was gone from sight. I had to go behind the counter and find the ketchup packets on my own.
