No exaggeration the last 10 times in a row my husband and I have gone through drive thru to order for us and 3 kids every single time they short us on items! We either have to park and walk in or go back through the drive thru. Bunch of scam artists. At this point it clearly seems intentional!

It was horrible. We got our nuggets taken. And the workers did nothing. Then they had the audacity to accuse us of flipping them off and throwing a ball around. We did none of that. And they screamed at us for it.

I went through drive thru and menu was broken, had to go inside to order on the kiosk. I got Bacon QTR pounder meal with no cheese, pickles or ketchup. Got my food got in my car started driving back to work, took out a fry that was stone cold. I'm aggravated now. I get to work take out my burger, cheese on it and no bacon.

I immediately calledthe store and got the asst. Mgr. She was very apologetic and said I could come in at anytime for a whole new meal for free. I advised I would be in around 5:30 in the evening.

I go inside and explain to the person that came to the counter what happened and that I was told I could come in for a new meal. The person entered the meal and had someone come over to override so I didn't have to pay,

I get the new meal and guess what the burger is still wrong, I was like what the hell. There is no bacon, no mustard and maybe 3 pieces of onion. I am so aggravated at this point. I wait for someone to come to the counter and explain there is no bacon and no mustard, he takes the sandwich with attitude goes to the back and comes back with the burger. There is two pieces of bacon and a dab of mustard l, I did t dare say anything for fear they would spit on my burger or something.

When I got to my night job, I called and asked for the store managers name. I was eventually hung up on purpose. I tried calling back 23 times and no one would answer the phone.

Needless to say I will never go to the 1928 Maon Street MCDonalds EVER again.

I ordered on the McDonald’s app and 45 minutes went by my order wasn’t there yet? I literally left and came back and it still wasn’t there. I just canceled my order because I wasn’t gonna waste my time anymore. I was in the McDonald’s and I had not one, but two managers walked past me And didn’t even ask if I needed any assistance you can’t make that up.

The morning manager needs either a vacation or some training.. maybe both.
She was rude to both her customers and staff this morning. I cant imagine that is an easy place to work with someone berating them in front of customers.
I ordered a sammich with cheese.. she told me it didn’t come with cheese… i showed her the picture in the app… and on the screen behind her of the sammich with cheese.. she berated me.. the other staff just pretended she wasn’t … clearly because she was being rude and they wanted to be left out of it.. she turned to the cook and chewed him out for not giving me cheese after she just told me it didnt come with cheese… like how do the employees get through a whole shift like that? And then have to come back to it the next day.. just sad. I feel bad for them

Be careful ordering at this McDonald’s through DoorDash this specific company just charged my debit account for $36.16 today and I haven’t ordered anything from here. They steal money not sure if it’s their employees but something is definitely up with this place…. Do not use your debit card !!!!
