Stumbled upon Meadowlands Ice Cream on the drive to another ice cream store. So glad we did. Meadowlands is a gem of a find. Many flavors to choose from and the serving size was ginormous. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend you stop here for ice cream if you are in the Tewksbury area.

Used to love this place I normally go about two times a week with some family But the last three times I’ve went they either don’t give the correct portion as listed or they overcharge. for example, last week I bought a brownie sundae, they charge me for all the toppings and brownie separately that are supposed to come on it and even added walnuts, Which I didn’t ask for. and when I mentioned it to the girl, she didn’t offer to fix it. All she did was offer to remake it. it’s a little frustrating when every time there’s an issue.

I didn't even know it exsisted. Decided to try a different route and enjoy the back roads when I found this place. I'm so glad I stopped! This was THE BEST chocolate milkshake I've had in a long time!!! Creamy, not to thick and super flavorful. They are very generous with the serving too! This place is a gem! 💎 I definitely recommend!!

Great ice cream. The new online ordering system is fantastic - always ready for pickup when I get there, and packed in a paper bag for easy transport home. Saves so much time waiting in line.

**BUT**—and it’s a big but—they really need to get the pickup window process figured out. The whole point of calling ahead is to save time, right? Instead, the pickup window consistently takes longer than the walk-up/takeout window, which makes zero sense. The takeout customers, who didn’t even call in, are being helped faster while pickup orders sit somewhere in limbo.
And when you finally get to the pickup window, it always feels like chaos. No one seems to know whose order is ready or what’s going on, and you get a different excuse every time. It’s frustrating, especially when you've done the polite thing and called ahead.
That said—the **ice cream is still phenomenal**, and we’ll be back. But please, to the owners: you’ve got a great product and a loyal customer base. Now it’s time to streamline the system. The experience should match the quality of the scoops.
