Ordered online 3 days ago for a large order pickup today. Didn't even start making it till I got there. Took my money 3 days ago though. This isn't how online ordering works. If you take the order and payment, have it ready when promised.Also the woman who appears to be a manager is rude to everyone. Customers and employees. Serious training is needed at this location. You should never yell at anyone in this environment.

First and foremost the subs are fantastic. Never had a bad meal from here. They have definetly gone way up in prices tho. A medium steak and cheese with extra cheese for $15??? That's a little out of control. It's a good sandwich but it sure as hell ain't that good. As good as it is, I'll probably choose other places more.

I love papa ginos and we frequent this location. But this is the worst pizza we have had. It was so small (ordered a large) dough wasn't stretched enough and the sauce cheese ratio was awful. I don't know if it is because it is now a sub place also but don't think I want to even go back. Very inconsistent! Plus they took alot longer than the quoted time to pick up.

I used to go to D’Angelos all the time had my heart set on getting a steak #9 walked in and no one was taking orders and nobody was giving out to go orders. I used to go to this papa Gino and I stopped cause they were too slow and I figured I would try it again cause they had D’Angelos and maybe new owners something like that .No worsenedSo I guess I will just give business elsewhere.Thanks for the thoughts

We got an order for pick up and the order was messed up and we love the papa Gino's pockets they have now done away with them and sent us a steak n cheese in a store bought Pita bread

The food is usually great at papa ginos, but this night service was atrocious. It was Halloween and it was busy, understandable. But they let my order sit out for 25 minutes on the back counter. It was looked at by 3 different people and at least 3 times by the kid working the front counter. The manager was hiding in back, with 2 other workers, making sandwiches. There had to be at least 20 people waiting. Again can't make pizzas cook any faster. But the sandwiches were coming out quickly and no one was bothering to call out the names. When they finally called my name, I refused the order and demanded they remake the sandwich. 5 minutes later, I got what appeared to be a fresh sandwich. All they did was take the meat out and heat it back on the grill and put it back in the same roll. By the time I opened the sandwich at home, the sub roll was wet, not soggy and inedible. I should have drove back and thrown it at the manager. This staff is over paid at minimum wage.

Whoever would give this place anymore than one star is lying. I thought this location adding on the D'Angelo's would make them better but omg no. The kid who made the sandwich didn't have gloves on and then cut my sandwich with a dirty knife and got tomato sauce all over a steak and cheese. All of the people working seemed like they didn't give a shit and had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. I'm glad I tried it because I would have tried it eventually but I would neverrr go back here :(
