Sal's Pizza | Tewksbury, MA

Previously, I said that the pizza was not cooked correctly. There was giant bubbles, but this spot has corrected its mistake which is awesome because it’s amazing pizza here. Slices are back to be in deliciously. Good. I am enjoying coming here again. Sal’s pizza thank you for taking the time and noticing this.

Worst food I’ve ordered out. Ever. Paid 17$ for a steak bomb calzone, it took 45 minutes to get food. Calzone was Burnt and the onions were not cooked. This place is an insult to Sal’s name.

I ordered the Mushroom Florentine Pizza…there seemed to be NO garlic sauce and there was NO Spinach, and, the Garlic Knots had NO garlic flavor. When I called to talk to a manager, I was told there was no manager there at the time, and they asked for my name and number…and, just as I expected NO call back. I would NEVER go to this location, and I’m spreading the word to stay away. They do not know what customer service is!

Just got my delivery from Uber Eats. I ordered a large cheese and a small Hawaiian. What showed up was a large cheese and a small ham. I called to let them know. The guy who answered the phone said “yeah, what happened was, we ran out of pineapple.” I said, you can’t just send a ham pizza. No one wants a ham pizza. He said, you’ll have to call Uber. There’s nothing I can do. The conversation continued in a circle. In the end I told him I’ll write a review everywhere I can. His response…no problem, go ahead.

Ordered a spinach and feta pizza with pineapple added to half.
Received a spinach and feta pizza with bacon and what looks like Italian dressing poured all over it. It was completely inedible.

Was told when I picked up my order that there was no garlic side sauce for the garlic knots - ok fine.
But there was no garlic at all on the knots. It was plain bread

Huge waste of money very disappointed.

Food is great. Front girl taking order was super friendly. I’m guessing the manager is called Sara. She was in a bad mood. Got mad when we asked a question. Questioned the front lady if we had paid for the salad dressing when two dressings are included in the salad. Everyone just got out of her way because she’s running things.

First they made the Cesar salad with zucchini and not cucumbers. When we asked she got mad that we asked and just said didn’t have cucumber and didn’t even apologize but rather just said she did it that and and so what.

Then we were missing one of the four salads we ordered. She still got mad. Even the other employees didn’t know what to say. Their reaction shows this is the case all the time.

Unfortunately we had to stop because we hadn’t eaten lunch yet. Not going back.

I wish I could rate the pizza 3.5 but I’ll round up because I don’t think they deserve the poor ratings below. The pizza came hot and fast through Uber eats. I enjoyed the sauce and the crust.

It’s hard to really mess up pizza but this place did it. Worst pizza I’ve ever eaten.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger Pizza. It was cold, I don’t like a ton of sauce on my pizza but this had virtually no sauce, seemed like it was sitting out all day then just reheated when I ordered it. Wouldn’t go back here
