So ive been a loyal member of Starbucks since 2000 or better I have watched as their star program went from great to bad to now non existent at this point I and am sure other ling time members are done so I think I will no longer be patronizing Starbucks as much maybe the occasional but not as much because long time member means nothing in this world now I think the only points system that actually means anything anymore is Marriott im sure that will inevitably change too in the future

Awful. I ordered a coffee with oat milk. They maybe put 3 drops of oat milk in it. It was basically black. There’s no incentive to go back there again. They can’t even put a coffee together. When I tried to get a drink for my grandson I was informed all the drinks were caffeinated but then told me I could get him a strawberry lemonade. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing at all.

Every time I buy coffee from here I regret it. It either tastes watered down or if it's not watered down the coffee tastes horrible. Got a dirty chai today and it tasted like watered down milk. Such a waste of money. People are nice though. I perfer the Wilmington location for the coffee

The worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks and I’ve been to hundreds. Waited 30 mins in cafe for a coffee that was purposefully made wrong to further push spite after I said something about the wait. I watched a customer walk up and ask about his coffee and it was made for him on the spot but when I did the same thing I was met with attitude and frustration. Maybe have more than 3 people on busy days and a better system that prioritizes people who are in the cafe, not the ones on the way there.
