The worst service I’ve ever had at any Starbucks and I’ve been to hundreds. Waited 30 mins in cafe for a coffee that was purposefully made wrong to further push spite after I said something about the wait. I watched a customer walk up and ask about his coffee and it was made for him on the spot but when I did the same thing I was met with attitude and frustration. Maybe have more than 3 people on busy days and a better system that prioritizes people who are in the cafe, not the ones on the way there.

I always bring my own coffee to work but when i run out and need to refuel it stinks that there’s only one Starbucks near my job, and the coffee is always burnt !!!!!! For $5 bucks i expect my coffee to be brewed perfectly ! Not burnt! If i want burnt coffee for that I would go to dunkins !
