Food is very good but if you order delivery you will get hit with many bull$h!t fees. Delivery fee that they don't use to pay the driver and service fee? Do you charge a service fee for people who eat in?

I popped in for a quick lunch with 2 friends. Food was delicious. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap which the chicken was fantastic and not over cooked. One friend got a steak tip sub which he said and I quote “This is the best sub I’ve ever had”. The other friend got a grilled chicken sub and said his was delicious as well.

The young man who was at the counter was extremely patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu and made fantastic recommendations. Very relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. They were friendly and quick to get the food out to our entire hockey team. Everyone said that the food from apps to sandwiches to pizzas was amazing!!! Looking forward to our next hockey game up there to visit again!

It was kind of odd walking into what looks like an over the top upscale pizza joint, but... this place was EXTREMELY CLEAN, the waitstaff well dressed, and the food, while standard fare steak n cheese, was cooked perfect. The kitchen is also immaculately clean, and everyone was polite. Well done!

I have ordered for delivery from the Pizza Bar twice. Both times the delivery driver was not able to find my residence at 5 DeCarolis Dr that is clearly marked. Each time I called or the driver called there was a language barrier and I stood outside my residence so the driver could see me. After confusion, my delivery was very late and the pizza was cold. I will not call for delivery again and bring my business elsewhere.
Don’t be fooled by the name of this place. They have more than pizza and it’s all good! The quality and quantity they provide is better than anything else around in this category.

Cold or luke warm food that needed to be reheated. Large French fries and onion rings that hardly came with anything. Looked like someone ate some. Uncaring customer service. They used to be good, but apparently they have gone down hill. Seems like they don't want their customers to come back. Instead of apologizing to an unhappy customer for the state of the food that was received, just basically got accused of lying. Wasn't asking for new food. Wasn't asking for refund. Since we had already reheated food. Just wanted to launch a formal complaint. Guess they think no one has the right to complain. Sorry but food cost $150. We'll spend that money elsewhere in the future.

The Hawaiian Pizza was meh, I was very hungry but it was nothing amazing. The place is clean and cozy, services was ok.I don't recommend the pizza here, it didn't have any special flavor, it tasted very dull, it tasted like frozen pizza from Walmart. The service only took our order, the place was clean and very beautifully decorated.

First off, for whoever is complaining about a delivery fee, if you don’t like the charge drive and pick it up yourself. Pay for convenience or be inconvenienced.I consider myself very picky when it comes to restaurants and for the last couple of years, I’ve been in at least 3 times a month with my family and NEVER been disappointed. I’ve tried others and it’s just not the same. The freshness and quality of the ingredients are second to none. If you can’t or won’t pay for quality ingredients, this is not the restaurant for you. Their menu is creative, plates are loaded, and the flavors are amazing. I’m a customer until their quality and service goes down… until then, they have my business for sure.
