Watch out for Walmart's bait & switch tactics! I bought something on walmart.com. The item looked different in person than it appeared online so I tried to return it. The link for returns didn't work on their website so I messaged them & requested a shipping label. They said my transaction went through a third-party seller & I needed to contact JoyBuy Marketplace. Who?!? Walmart is the only name on my order confirmation, packing slip & credit card statement. Without my knowledge or consent, Walmart gave my credit card info to a company in China. I waited 3 days for that seller to reply to my request for a shipping label. They said I had to go to the store to return the item. The nearest Walmart is 25 miles away which is why I shopped online in the first place. Having no choice, I brought the item & my receipt to the store, expecting a refund on the spot. I was told refunds take 2 weeks from third-party sellers. That policy is shady & ridiculous. Lesson learned to never buy from Walmart.com. At least with eBay or Amazon, shoppers know the seller is a third party and they can read their reviews.

Once again... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGEMENT! I know now as to why you see these managers getting switched from one location to another. Reason for that is because each Walmart realizes they are horrible at their job so they get dumped somewhere else!

This Walmart is insanely slow. I waited at the dressing room for 30 minutes after speaking to 5 people about someone coming over to help us. This is crazy use to be my favorite normal walmart.

Vision center charged me $60 for a contact lens prescription I did not want. I only wanted an exam for eye glasses, I specifically said I didn't want contacts. When I complained the Dr. refused to give me a full refund, she only gave me 50% back. So they stole $30 from me for a contact lens prescription I will not use. Good job Walmart, you lost a sale on 2 pairs of frames & lenses and a customer for life.

Been calling for over and over for 30+ minutes to speak to someone about some items that the cashier forgot to put in my bag. No one answers or it rings forever. Extremely upset. Wouldn't recommend this Walmart. Go elsewhere.

Shopped and was pleased when I was able to check-off everything on my list. Upon check-out ONE PERSON to check you out. Self check-out had 25 people in line. We had 3 people ahead of us. Waiting 1/2 hour in line, once it was our turn cashier told us I AM CLOSED. I said you can't close you are the only one open. Where is the manager I asked. He said he went home. There were now 8 people behind me. Once again we waited and I said I am not leaving this line until I speak with a manager. Again there is no manager in the store. Light is off at check-out. It is 7pm and basically we are being told SORRY YOU CANNOT purchase your items. I went over to the return counter and there were 2 people standing there with nothing to do. I asked if they could check us out and they said we don't have any bags. I said I don't care about bags. We got checked out by the return counter. If I could give ZERO I would.

Very bad customer service. I greeted one of the door greeters and she had a unpleasant look on her face with not the best attitude. ALL customers should be treated with respect and should be acknowledged with a good attitude.

I ordered a game for pick up in store.. around 2:30 they said come after 5:51 pm okay no biggie went to call to pick it up had a huge difficulty trying to get anyone to pick up then this one poor girl picked up in electronics she was such a great help she was very kind and did all she could and she said just try back in a half hour I said okay no worries! Figure gove it some more time and I set a timer and called and was on the phone an hour a whole HOUR and NOTHING!!! I had to go on the website to talk to an agent! Just to get simple help I know short staffing issues but come on someone needs to take time to check the phones

Store was short staffed and when you would finally get an employees attention there was no sense of customer urgency. They had to repeatedly page someone for customer service in electronics, only for it to be determined the items were not in stock as stated on the website or store inventory.

Don't bother with their drive-up pickup. Used it 3 times and all 3 times, the pick-up spots were in different spots and very poorly signed. This last time, they decided to randomly move it and mark it off with orange traffic cones. Stop moving it around! It's unnecessary and it looks like a bootleg operation when you're resorting to using goddamn traffic cones to designate the area. To add insult to injury, the employee who fulfilled my order "couldn't find" 1/2 I had placed. WTF. It's literally your job to find my order and bring it to my car. They said, "I didn't fulfill it so I don't know what happened to it" :/ The gold ol' pass the buck Walmart employee attitude. When I asked what could be done, they replied, "I can cancel the order for you" lol Um, thanks? This has never happened at ANY other store I've done drive-up pickup. I'm not sure who is in charge of their drive-up operation, but they should be fired. It's absolutely pitiful. Not shopping here again.

It's very difficult to get professional , friendly good service at Walmarts and this location was consistent with my experience. I've concluded that Walmart management creates an environment that is toxic to its employees and results in a negative customer experience. Why do i continue to shop at Walmarts when I don't feel appreciated as a customer and get treated rudely? Well Im not spending another dime at any Walmart as a result.

I'm not one to complain since I work in the customer service industry. I have been to this location for almost 3 weeks now and every time I come I can never find a basket. I've walked in and asked numerous employees and have been given attitude for asking? I don't understand where they all are? If I was a manager there I would certainly be ordering more if I was constantly asked...
