We’ve come here many times and usually have a great experience, which is why this visit was so disappointing.
The arcade was a mess — none of the kiosks were working and more than half of the games were out of order. With four kids under five, that made things chaotic right from the start.
We had a bowling reservation and completely understand that it’s school vacation and busy. However, our waitress didn’t come over until 20 minutes into our session. By the time our food arrived, we had only 8 minutes left to eat it. When we asked for more time, they only added five minutes, which didn’t really solve the issue.
The most concerning part was that we ordered from the gluten-free menu due to a serious gluten allergy, and my 6-year-old daughter’s pizza tested positive for gluten(per our Nima device). That’s a huge safety issue. While the waitress did remove the pizza from the bill, there was very little concern shown about the fact that my child was “glutened,” which is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a health issue.
We understand busy days happen, but between the broken arcade, service delays, limited time to eat, and the gluten safety mistake, this was not a great experience — especially with four little kids. We truly hope management addresses these issues because we’ve had good visits in the past and would love to feel comfortable returning.

This is a fun place to bring your kids in the summer/winter, their is an arcade, and a restaurant inside. But overall it's kinda pricey. But I definitely recommend.

Recently, we visited a bowling center and had an amazing time. It’s a perfect place for both friends and family gatherings. The bowling lanes were in great condition, and there were balls of different weights, which made it comfortable for both adults and kids to play.
What we especially liked was that besides classic bowling, there were many other games available, such as air hockey, arcade machines, and etc. Thanks to this variety, no one felt bored and everyone could find something they enjoyed. The atmosphere was fun and energetic, with modern music and colorful lights that made the experience even more exciting.
The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the variety of entertainment offered.
Overall, it’s a fantastic place for active отдых and great emotions. We will definitely come back again!

Held our event here in the Pow Wow room and the entire process was smooth sailing. Jessica was extremely patient and helpful through all of my questions, clarifying anything I wasn't sure about. She also had clear deadlines and was on top of following up on them ahead of time. She also made a fun graphic to throw on the screen for us which was really thoughtful!
The servers were extremely attentive with communicating the event timeline with our guests (like last call for food and drinks). We ended up ordering a few extra menu items and next thing you know, they were ready to serve!
There were no surprises on fees. Pricing was transparent.
Overall amazing location and team.

It's a fun clean entertainment complex but when the scoring for our bowling game malfunctioned it took over 10 minutes for them to fix it and the down time came.out of our paid playing time. We were told they couldn't give us any additional time even though it was their malfunction.

Was playing pinball in the high end arcade that serves as a function room as well. Monday night was booked and I wasn’t allowed in, so I thought Tuesday night would be free. 3hrs later I take my headphones out to discover a full corporate work Christmas party behind me who said “I was having so much fun they didn’t want to disturb me.” Then invited me to join them for food/drinks & games on pinball. On Monday night being turned away not knowing a function was going on is discouraging but then you experience kindness and an experience that can not be matched. The staff was very friendly kind and helpful. The food is amazing and very clean environment. Would recommend!

I brought my kids bowling again yesterday and was ready to order some food and drinks until the server came over with her very long hair hanging down. I then decided to wait for our lunch until later. I go there to bowl often and am amazed at the number of times servers have their hair hanging down on their shoulders and even touching the trays sometimes. I work in a restaurant as well and would be in lots of trouble from my restaurant if I waited on guests with my hair down. Me and my kids love it there but I think we will continue to eat elsewhere before coming bowling. I just needed to vent.
