9 minutes time from ordering to a kid walking to my car for 1 chichen sandwich. There were 4 other cars waiting for food after they ordered. Same kid walking in the parking lot without an OSHA green safety vest. 7pm on last Saturday. Suggestion: Stop taking orders when you get backed up. You have 1 job: serve food fast. Close down or staff up.

Tried to come in at 10:42 PM. Tried to open the door and realized it was locked, so we got back in the car and went thru the drive thru. Which then the supervisor came out swearing at us for no reason. (The lights were on inside) . Then the person working the drive thru said they were closed. Extremely unprofessional place run by children and horrendous management.

THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY HOSTILE RUDE!!!! the lady on the headset was swearing and yelling at customers. this was on 1/24 10pm so the manager can see who was on schedule!!!!!

Got 2 small chocolate Frostys, $3.19 and only drive thru is available. Busy place with lots of cars in line. Wendy's has been reliable fast food for us.

I don't know who hired these people to work at night but if you just ask these people a simple question or do a small task that includes their job description forget about it all you get is a rude attitude back the wrong items in the bag then you have to go outside look into the bag grab all the wrong items bring them back inside and deal with the same attitude again and hopefully you'll get the same things you ordered by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to the manager or lady with the red hair at night really needs an attitude adjustment or just playing out needs to get another job because her customer service sucks wicked bad not happy at all rated A 1 out of 10 do not go here at night especially if you want a shity attitude and shity service

I order online and after 15 minutes after my order still not ready they was taking drive through orders and when I asked why my order wasn’t ready the young lady that I think is the manager or supervisor was so rude and unfair to me I just told her it was my 15 minutes break from work, then I got my móvil order 25 minutes after , she never apologized..
And she yelled to a worker when he told she he wants to help with my order y feels bad about the time I was waiting..

I have had good and bad experiences at Wendy's. The last couple times I went, I was having issues with their mobile app and when I asked the guy at the drive-thru window for help he said "we don't know anything about the app, we just hand food thru the window " ... I was totally blown away by his response. And their burgers could taste better and look like the pictures they advertise. Bring back the Vanilla Frosty, the VeryBerry one is way too sweet. Sickeningly sweet! Saucy Nuggets are too sweet as well.

Spotlessly clean, friendly staff. Got a chocolate frosty instead of the berry one I ordered, still good. Soda machine was not mixing good.
