I went through the Wendy’s drive thru around 10 PM. When we pulled up to the speaker, no one greeted us at first. I said hello, and the employee responded that they were not taking my order until I got off the phone. I was not on a phone call with anyone outside the car. I was only talking to my passenger while waiting for someone to come on the microphone.

The rest of the interaction felt rude and condescending. I asked for spicy nuggets and was told they did not have any, and that I should come during the week if I want them because they are not popular.

When I got to the window, a young employee handed me my food. I asked who took my order, and he said it was not him, then he handed me my food and slammed the window shut. I waited at the window to speak to a manager. A heavy set man came to the window and I asked who took my order and what their name was. He said he does not give names, told me if I do not like it I should go somewhere else, and then slammed the window shut.

I am not a rude person and I was trying to be understanding, but being spoken to that way for no reason was unacceptable.

Super disappointed. After a 6hr drive I was starving- so stopped here bc it's next to hotel I was staying at.

After sitting in drivethru window for 8 minutes...bag was given to me... I was in my hotel room 5min later....

Was so excited to eat--- Fries terrible🤮 cold!!!! How mad I was. The classic chicken sandwich was okay- atleast that was hot but very cheap w lettuce and tomato.

I obviously waited for chicken to be cooked up fresh...why wouldn't they realize the fries had been old.

Hope this isn't a usual--- DOUBLE check before leaving.

This is a great well run Wendy’s however Wendy’s itself as a company these days deserves one star for removing ghost pepper ranch and sweet n sour sauce from the menu. I am determined that Wendy’s just lost a customer today.

Service and a manager more focused on his smoking than running a restaurant. Maybe if he had a good work ethic he would be salivating at my car for the whole visit lmao
