Normally I would rate them five stars, but the last time I came in here their grill malfunctioned or something. I had waited a while and my burger still wasn’t ready so I went to the cashier and she pointed to the back and mumbled something in another language. Next thing you know she’s pointing to a sign above her “no refunds if orders no fulfilled before close”, and they’re telling me to leave cause the grill isn’t on. I was a little annoyed to say the least…

I walked in and got nothing but pure disrespect from the girls at the counter. The acted like they hated their job. Especially to one with the braces. Nasty attitude. food is pretty good. You can hear the manager in the back. Communicating with the staff

We ordered for delivery - we have several times over the year because it's quick/cheap and we do like Wendys out of all the fast food options. Out of the maybe 5-6 orders this year, only 1 had everything in the order. Normally 30-50% of the order will be missing. So don't order online from this place. You will spend an hour trying to get a refund (or more) and then just have to order from somewhere else to actually get some food. Because if you reorder - items will be missing.

I went there, my children wanted a peppermint frosty they did not have it even though there were posters outside of it saying they had it. Never come here.??
Worst Wendy’s location ever! When my mother and I arrived all the employees were outside smoking. Then when we got to where you order your food the lady yelled at us saying we went into the wrong entrance in her drive through and REFUSED to take our order. This was my moms and I’s first time at this location so we didn’t know it was the wrong entrance. HORRIBLE customer service! You would think they would politely tell us to go through the right way next time but they were all too HIGH out of their minds to be kind and do their jobs!

The food was fine, normal Wendy's food.However, I really was not a fan of standing there waiting while the young girl flirted with her co worker. I stood there and waited, another person did see me and they started coming over (they noticed as well that the girl was ignoring customers and flirting) finally the young flirty girl made time out of her flirting schedule to actually work. Just very aggravating. You're there to work, not get a boyfriend. Please do your job.I also found it incredibly disgusting that these employees all seemed to wearing sweat pants! I understand it's "just Wendy's" but have SOME professionalism!!

My child couldn't come in and go to the bathroom and had an accident because they closed the doors.The food was cooked in burnt vegetable oil. Therefore we are unhappy with their service.

UM EW never again i watched the workers make the food and they use there hands for everything very unsanitary made my boyfriends food with his dirty hands very disappointed, i told the worker to remake with gloves his excuse was "oh we always make it without them sorry" . they need to do better . rate 0 stars
