I just skimmed reviews to get some ideas about the place. I'm nonplussed as to why a manager or person responding writes the responses they do. The responses are embarrassing and unprofessional and pretty much made my decision to not try the place. Too bad, because we were so excited to try it.

We visited here on our 1st dinner date. I must say the ambiance really set the mood. The moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by the professionalism of the host and wait staff, which was impeccable. The food was fresh and tasty, and they were not shy on their portions as well.

I ordered fried chicken wings chicken fried rice and lobster Rangoon. The fried chicken was awesome. The rice however was very bad. The lobster Rangoon didn't have any lobster in it. The service was very good and the restaurant was beautiful.

We were there on a very quiet night. Service was outstanding. We hadn't eaten at Copper Anchor in years so it was a pleasant surprise to find that the dishes were delicious and much improved. The ambience has always been different for the Vineyard and we quite like it. We will definitely make it one of our “go to” off season eating venues. Beware, the portions are quite large.

We appreciated the rich sauces which embrace the two main courses. The variety of vegetables was remarkable. The freshness of preparation was evident. Our waitress was charming and helpful. We took leftovers home and served them the next day. All in all, it was an enjoyable New Year's Eve dinner...Thank you...Jay Sigler

Exceptional food. We were treated with great service from the sushi chef at the sushi bar, but our waitress was rude, non-existent, snappy and disrespectful to not only to us , but to the sushi chef, whom gave us great service. Therefore, we gave the chef the deserved gratuity. We paid our bill, of course , but the manager didn’t like that we didn’t give our waitress the proper gratuity compared to our chef and chased us out, threatened us not to come back, and PHYSICALLY pushed us out of the restaurant!!

Allergens were not taken into account for. Spiked Thai iced tea image was a catfish for the actual product - there was NO condensed milk.

I told them I’m allergic to peanuts and they gave me a dish with a HANDFUL of peanuts. But before that the manager gaslit me and said the peanuts were fried garlic. Also, the spiked Thai iced tea did not taste like Thai iced tea and instead tasted like strong alcohol water. Overall, would not return! The Bulgarian waiter was great though!

We’ve eaten at this restaurant several times when visiting Martha’s Vineyard. This time will be our last. We ordered two Chinese chicken dishes. We we asked how spicy we liked the food on a scale of one to five, I said zero my wife said two. When the food arrived it was so spicy hot we couldn’t eat it. We told the server she just laughed, didn’t offer to take it back or do anything for us. Also didn’t appreciate having to pay extra for rice with a Chinese dish.
