Very good food. Reasonably priced compared to some of the other area restaurants. The drinks were also well below the price point of some of the other establishments.

Extremely rude. I’m sure the food is great but phone service sucks. Very rude. I cancelled due to the rudeness. She called me multiple times yelling about online ordering being an issue when their online ordering service does not provide any source of information about whether or not the order is confirmed. I called to replace the order and did not mention this because it NEVER charged my card and their website was showing an unclear indication of acceptance of the order. I do not want to be lectured by someone who is supposed to be catering to their customers and clientele when I’m ordering food. Thanks!

It troubles me to leave a bad review because it’s been hit and miss from a 5 to a one and I can’t put my finger on it although both bad experiences were take out. Tonight it was Chinese eggplant in garlic sauce. I get it all the time but tonight it was NOT Chinese eggplant and believe me I know the difference. They weren’t even purple. Had no inherent flavor. Chinese eggplant is divine. This was bitter and green whatever it was. The last time I had take out I ordered a spicy scallop hand roll. I would swear it was some cooked fish mixed with mayonnaise. We have acces to the BEST QORLS RENOWNED scallops here on Martha’s Vineyard and I’ve been in the seafood business since for 45 years. The fact that it can be good sometimes tells me that in their zest to serve what’s on the menu, they would rather substitute something which they think is acceptable for something they don’t have. That is unacceptable

Waiting for a late ferry, our party of EIGHT wandered in with a myriad of requests (our kids!) I think it was Cindy who waited on us, she was amazing! Great sushi too!

Mikado is decent. I would recommend the Hawaiian fried rice, which sounds somewhat strange, but is very good. The sushi is good. Overall it’s worth going and I would go again.
I got Shrimp padThai and it was the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had. I was able to eat some of the shrimp, but the noodles were uncooked unseasoned no lime no anything in it. I also got a dragon roll and that too tasted terrible no more Mikado for us.

Due to the failure of a ferry, we were stuck in Vineyard Haven with hundreds of others late on a Saturday night. Some of the places closest to the ferry were absolutely packed. We walked a little further and found this place. It was surprisingly less busy than other restaurants in the area, but the food and the service were first class. So glad we lucked into finding it, it will become a regular stop on our upcoming visits!
