I love Mocha Mott's, friendly people, great coffee, super local vibe, which I appreciate. Only suggestion is better croissant-heating awareness because when the 'wave goes ding, I usually have to ask about my croissant being heated up vs. a barista going to grab it. A first world problem, I know, and very minor in the big scheme. 4.85 stars rounds up to 5! :-)

Everyone already knows this place so I’m not sure adding another good review makes much difference. The coffee is always good and I appreciate the options for different roasts for drip. Having Timor available which you can’t easily get anywhere else was awesome. While they have a number of baked items in the main case, focus on the small case near the registers - I’ve had scones on two different occasions and they are amazing. The taste, texture, and overall experience is noteworthy. I was so focused on eating it I neglected to take a photo. Next time.

In the past year, I have had several pleasant experiences during visits to the Mocha Mott's in Vineyard Haven. On this chilly February morning, stepping into Mocha Motts warmed me quickly. The cafe is cozy but not cramped. During the off-season, the vibe is extremely welcoming and comfortable. MM's is a place where everybody knows your name. Regulars constantly stream through the door and are greeted instantly. Don't be surprised if team members break into song when one of their favorite tunes emanates from the speakers. Colorful displays of truly local art (produced by young students at nearby schools) create a homey atmosphere. My iced mocha latte was rich, thanks to a generous portion of whipped cream. After struggling to decide which of the delectable pastries, bagels, and muffins to choose, I was happy with the densely packed blueberry muffin that I selected. If the large number of regular menu items isn't enough, there are additional daily specials. Delicious coffee and baked goods, an inviting atmosphere decorated with children's art, and singing baristas...Is there any doubt why Mocha Mott's is the Vineyarders' favorite coffee shop!

Mocha Mott's is a wonderful coffee shop with friendly and interesting customers and staff. The coffee is as great as you will find anywhere in the world. The treats are delicious, the bagels are fresh and the soups are all made from scratch. The music is also very very good.
