I have never had such a beautiful meal, truly eating their food is a whole experience. They never cease to amaze me with the delicious food they serve. My personal favorite is their Egg, Bacon, and Cheese breakfast sandwich. Perfectly melted cheese with such nicely cooked eggs and bacon. 10/10!! ???♥️

If you’re searching for a local and affordable breakfast spot near the ferry terminal in Martha’s Vineyard that opens early, Woodland is worth considering. They offer the convenience of a quick grab-and-go breakfast or a sit-down meal.
Upon entering Woodland, I had initial doubts about dining here. However, since it wasn’t my decision to visit, I proceeded inside. The atmosphere was a bit chaotic; the chef was loudly instructing the waitress to deliver orders, leading to a mix-up. The patrons at the wrong table repeatedly stated the order wasn’t theirs, while the rightful table eventually had to speak up, prompting a sharp response from the chef, who slammed her pen and notepad in frustration. This incident left me uneasy, eager to place my order quickly to avoid any further disturbance.
Despite the commotion, the waitress was pleasant and professional, seemingly accustomed to the hectic environment. I ordered French toast and eggs. The French toast was flavorful, with a strong cinnamon taste, although the bottom was overly eggy, overpowering the dish. The separate eggs were average and unremarkable.
Overall, Woodland might be a decent spot for locals seeking a quick breakfast, but it’s not necessarily a must-visit destination for those in Martha’s Vineyard.

Very pleased with this visit. A basic diner, with solid breakfast menu, omelets or breakfast sandwiches. Excellent broad lunch menu as well. Fast service as well

The employees there have to deal with the heart of the island and all the tourists, so don’t expect them to suck up to you, but it’s the best burger on the island and the grill is a workers dream in the morning. 5 stars
I was blatantly denied service with my service dog, despite informing them that they could verify her status with the local police. I was told I was aggressive by the clerk for offering that as a solution. The owner let her make these mistakes on behalf of the businesses reputation. When he approached he did apology but insisted their position still on the matter. I informed them she was not a pet and was a service dog with full public access by law when we walked in and they
I’ve eaten a few times here and so far everything has been so good, butttttt I got a bacon egg and cheese sandwich the other morning and it was so freaking good !!!!! (I don’t even like egg on sandwiches!) definitely recommend !
What happened to Cape Cod Chips with our sandwich?? Now I Only get three chips instead of five!
