Tonight 10/20/24, we dined here with a party of 10, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've ever had. To start, a band-aid was found in the food, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, over half of our group didn't receive their meals, and despite bringing this to the attention of the staff multiple times, there was no urgency or effort to fix the situation.
At the end of the meal, we spoke with the manager, not the owner, but there was no accountability, and the only compensation offered was the removal of two salads from the bill--hardly a fair response given how much went wrong and missing.
I wouldn't recommend dining here based on this experience, and I hope management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.

If you like overcooked food that is too salty this is the place.
My chicken was overcooked, my side order didn’t get served w my meal. The fish tacos are soggy and disgusting.
Soup was also salty and the waitress made one mistake after another.
We actually complained to the lackluster manager. Can’t say enough bad things.

Price GOUGE! I have been repeatedly disappointed with this restaurant recently. I have watched the prices climb beyond high end places like Forge and Vine. Bailey's is not in the same ballpark as Forge and Vine and cannot justify the prices. Although the staff is great, the ambiance is barely average. The burgers are $20 and come with chips! If you want fries, you pay extra. The quesadilla is $15 and doesn't include chicken! That's $15 for tortillas and cheese! For overpriced salads (~ $18-20) meat add-ons begin at $8.50. Ridiculous. And done with price gouging.
The food is awesome, so many choices and great portion sizes. The BBQ chicken nachos are AMAZING!

The food was great as was the service. Try the poutine! So good. The only drawback was that they had live music in the bar area and still had the music playing over the speakers in the dining area. A little too jumbled. Great place to try though.

I'm a huge fan of drinks, apps and desserts. This place had so many good options, I can't wait to go again. The service was amazing.

Stopped in on Monday night. We were greeted quickly and seated and our server arrived promptly. This is where things went downhill. My wife order the Haddock plate and I order a Pulled pork Cuban. The haddock was ok but the plate looked more empty than full. Portions were small but overall it was Ok. My Pulled Pork Cuban came out as a Steak and Cheese. After returning the plate it came back as Ruben with the manager. At this point, my wife had finished her merger position. Frustrated I ate the Ruben which was one of the worst Rubens I've ever had (and I like Rubens) it had none if any sauerkraut with no taste of cheese or dressing. No correction by the manager and server. Save your time and money go eat a McDonald's next door at least you know what you're getting into.

Excellent restaurant in Townsend. Not too familiar with the area, came here with work colleagues. We sat on the patio and the food was fantastic. I will be returning!

Bailey's is a nice place to eat with an impressive menu. This summer evening we ate al fresco (and chased away a bee that was also interested in the menu. Such visitors can be part of the outdoors so eat inside if you can't take the chance of shooing away a flier. The inside is very nice too. We enjoyed our meal outside.)
Our waitstaff was friendly and our food came out very quickly after we ordered. We left full, and with some take-home. All four of our party liked their meals. I had the country fried chicken over delicious mashed potatoes. The onion rings were very good, too, that they substituted for the salad I didn't want. No hassle with the swap out.
