Asked for two filet fish fresh sandwiches , pulled up to the pay window the teller says they are always made fresh, pulled forward and saw that no special grill ticket was on the boxes and received two cold/ barely warm, without cheese melted crappy fish sandwiches that I know been sitting around there for hours. This McDonald’s has a history of doing this not to mention the two sandwiches were 13.00. Avoid this McDonald’s!!

The food taste good but orders constantly being messed up I order something and they cannot follow the order always gotta add stuff I don’t ask for or items are missing because they didn’t put it. I would not recommend this location because no matter how many times me and my husband complain about the messed up orders they continue to mess them up. How do you put cheese on a double hamburger with extra pickles, where on that does it say cheese??

These idiots didn’t give me two of my McDonald’s order that I asked for in separate bags.in my mobile order. I wasted money and sent get a refund. Never coming here again. My id give 0 stars if I could. It’s not fun wasting money especially in this economy

Absolutely unacceptable service. Ordered two meals via the app, one being a steak egg McGriddle WITHOUT cheese. After waiting 10 minutes for them to cook the steak, it came out with cheese. Went back inthey got it wrong again. Spoke to the managerstill wrong (this time on a biscuit instead of a McGriddle). Three failed attempts before they finally got it right. No apology, no urgency, just frustration.
Meanwhile, the other meal sat there getting cold. $23 wasted. Language barriers seemed to be a major issue, but thats no excuse for this level of incompetence. Do better, McDonalds Townsend.

Kid at the window is so rude and obnoxious. You can’t finish your sentence without him cutting you off with an attitude and making you feel rushed. I did a mobile order just so I wouldn’t have to talk to him and he STILL made me uncomfortable. He’s also sang to me and my daughter randomly, which was super awkward and not funny. So many people complaining that have also worked in the food industry and the manager does nothing. At this point I’d rather drive to Fitchburg if we want McDonalds.

Everytime I come here there’s always missing items, yes I can jus go back but it’s 25 minutes from my house so it’s not worth the drive when you’ll get no refund or food to compensate. Oh if you also wanted to call just know they won’t pick up. Window guy cool asf but at this point I’m getting robbed 5-10 dollars worth of items everytime I get a meal and no I don’t check my food at the window because they like to tape the bags shut. Maybe it’s my own negligence but come on! Every single time????
