Went in on Dec 13th around 730-800 to get a grinch meal, what a disappointment, first off, they just threw a 10 piece nugget and fry in the box , no shaker fries or grinch flavored pickle salt, taking the complete fun out of it for us… so in other words we got a value meal thrown in box with a pair of socks.. never so disappointed in our life!! Last time going there , corporate will be told , the price charged for these and to get “ ripped off” and disappointed

I went through the drive-through and ordered a large drink and a McChicken. When I bit into the McChicken, which was warm, I discovered a small piece of paper or a sticker labeled “onions” with a date on it inside the sandwich. I was confused because McChickens do not contain onions, so I am unsure how it got there. I also found its presence somewhat concerning and am unsure how this could have been missed during preparation.

They need a higher up from mcdonalds to visit this place i just ordered a breakfast samwhich and its still frozen and yesterday was waiting 30 min for an order and 20 other people they need to get someone down there before they get someone sick or killed from food poisening

I placed an order through the mobile app. When I went to pick up my order, they said my order wasn't showing up. I had my order number and receipt. I didn't receive the order I paid for. What a joke.

If I could give This place zero stars I would. Moved to town about 4 years ago and everytime I go here which is far and few it’s the same results. Food is terrible , forgotten things on the order. At the cost of McDonald’s now ..do yourself a favor and go somewhere else . I didnt think you could screw up fast food but this place seems to do it

This McDonald’s is struggling bad. 45 minute wait for a single happy meal. A crowd of angry customers inside and out. Understaffed maybe but appears to be a management/training issue. Could have been an off night, but I watched them for 45 minutes and their movements and pace never got above a snails crawl. Bless their hearts.

There is one girl that refuses my order due to being lazy. I have talked to the managers and have always been able to get my order and pay extra to have some strawberry milkshake added on top of the chocolate shake I buy almost every other day. All of a sudden they can’t do it according to this one very rude girl that refuses to do anything that includes a special order. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional in her way of handling the situation and it comes down to she just didn’t want to have to refill the machine
