This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been in every time I go there there’s an issue with the food every single time they’re out of shakes. The food is cold. I asked for salt, free french fries I get salted fries double dipped And oil to help remove the salt instead of cooking some fresh batch. Chicken nuggets forget about it. It’s always a mess. It seems like they cook them a half hour before you order them when you get them they’re all shriveled up cold and dry. The shake machine is always broken. I just got a shake. There’s so much chocolate syrup in it. It’s Not drinkable. How can you screw up french fries chicken nuggets, and a chocolate shake This is a reflection on the staff and the owner shame on them. I’m surprised this place is still open the town of downtown and she shut this place down put in a Wendy’s, Popeyes chicken anything other this dump! This is a picture of ““ the large fry I ordered that’s not even dollars worth of potatoes to the grocery store.

Attempted to grab a DoorDash order inside, but couldn't even attempt to enter the building before I was screamed at by an employee to use the Drive Thru. All he had to do was politely tell me :( also got stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they hadn't even finished the order yet :(

If going thru the drive thru they make you park and it takes 20min for food. Not cheap or fast. Usually the orders are also messed up. Poor management.

Asked for two filet fish fresh sandwiches , pulled up to the pay window the teller says they are always made fresh, pulled forward and saw that no special grill ticket was on the boxes and received two cold/ barely warm, without cheese melted crappy fish sandwiches that I know been sitting around there for hours. This McDonald’s has a history of doing this not to mention the two sandwiches were 13.00. Avoid this McDonald’s!!

The food taste good but orders constantly being messed up I order something and they cannot follow the order always gotta add stuff I don’t ask for or items are missing because they didn’t put it. I would not recommend this location because no matter how many times me and my husband complain about the messed up orders they continue to mess them up. How do you put cheese on a double hamburger with extra pickles, where on that does it say cheese??
