Lions Mane Steak Tips. I mean, I have a lot of other wonderful things to say. This place is such a gem. They’ve created a cozy speakeasy ambience with food that will literally melt in your mouth. You HAVE to go.

From the moment we parked, I was impressed by the cozy exterior with subtle lighting and understated holiday elegance at the Baedega's exterior. Upon entering we were greeted warmly by Tracey who graciously took our heavy winter coats and introduced us to our bartender Kate. We were seated at the bar which is usually not my favorite seat, and in just a few moments I felt at home. Drinks came promptly and we were treated to the friendly banter among the staff and other guests. The entire restaurant has an air of a speak easy, with optional comfy seats and a large table for seating options. For the menu - what a great little hearts romaine salad that was followed by the grilled burrata and steak tips. Each dish surpassed the other and such generous portions! I can't say enough about how warm and friendly the entire team were and how the menu surpassed all expectations. And what we ordered was just perfect. We wish Christina and Tracey the best of luck, they are certainly on the right track and as part time Truro residents we have found a new go to space that has been underutilized for years in that corner of Truro Center. Our friends were correct in the raves they gave Baedega, and we at last have found our new go to. We can't wait to return.Do make a reservation!

We went on Saturday around 4:30 and opted to sit on the deck and enjoy the gorgeous view. Staff is warm, portions are ample, drinks fabulous, and food exquisite. The deck got a tad chilly after the sun set, but there are blankets to keep you cozy. We are so grateful to have a new year round haunt in Truro!
