When asked for black pepper was told we don’t carry it and it expires and I was the only one asking for. Today I ask for napkins and I was told they are too expensive and they don’t order them. Do they expect us to wipe our hands on our jeans. Store does not get help from the franchisee and when I called the district manager she never returned my calls. Please give business to other Dunkin’ and avoid going to this one.

The employee was so incredibly rude to me when I asked them to remake my coffee because they didn't give me decaf. They just told me I was wrong and that I didn't ask for decaf. They did remake it for me, but they just handed it to me and said nothing. The employee was clearly annoyed (rolled her eyes) she had to remake it and didn't even respond to me when I told her to have a nice day. I am so sick of bad customer service.

I visited this location’s drive-thru for the first time and ordered a small hot coffee (as I typically don’t consume more than 80% of a small), along with a hash brown and everything bagel minis. When I reached the window, I noticed I was handed a medium coffee instead. I politely informed the staff that I had ordered a small and explained that I never order medium to avoid waste.
However, the staff member insisted, “No, you ordered medium.” Rather than acknowledging the error or offering to correct the charge, he simply handed me a small coffee. After I left, I realized my receipt hadn’t been adjusted, and I was still charged for a medium. I returned to request a receipt and clarify the issue. Upon seeing me, the employee called the manager, printed the receipt, and walked away without explanation.
When I asked for the small refund of $0.42 to be returned to my card, the staff seemed irritated. While the refund amount was minor, the issue was more about the dismissive and unprofessional behavior. It makes one wonder how often this kind of mistake occurs.
Please double-check your receipts at this location. I personally won’t be returning.

I literally had a mobile order and I was sitting there waiting for it and they did and they didn’t aknowledge me once a customer ordered at the front after I had already been waiting a couple minutes and she literally got her food before me and drink and I was still waiting there and that lady left before me even though I had a mobile order and I had to speak up and ask them where my order was, they didn’t even try to see what was wrong or anything super unprofessional and what’s the point of doing a mobile order if it’s not gonna be ready when you’re there and walk in customers will get their order before you

It boggles my mind that this store continues to be as horrible as it has been since the day it opened. I come to this store once a week usually sometimes every other week. Always late morning.The past 4 out of 5 times they have been out of blueberry muffins specifically. First time ok....no biggie I took a different kind because that was all they had left and mistakes happen. Second time same thing so I took a corn muffin this time. (Dunks corn muffins suck in general by the way as a side note) Three weeks ago yayyyy they actually had one. The past 2 times same story except today I had enough when I was again offered a corn muffin because as the manager said they only got 2 blueberry last night. Asking for a refund she proceeded to stand in front of me at the register and explain to me how it is her responsibility to maximize the profits of the store and make sure she doesn't have product left over at the end of the night. (Oh so you def didn't order enough and lied about how many you got in) This was at 10am. I think there was plenty of time to sell a few more. First of all...shame on the owner of this location for having his/her managers so scared of shrink that they are making sure to run out of product rather than taking care of their customers. Second here is a free business management lesson for this manager.....you do not maximize profits by running out of a product that you sell. You maximize profits by selling more of your product...which you can't do when you run out of it brainiac. Your owner and/or DM sucks for not teaching you this and giving you the tools to track trends and know the amount of any particular product the you sell to make THEM money. That makes them morons and probably complacent in the amount of money you are making for them. They are not trying to improve the business by improving their employees. Complacency doesn't promote improvement which is probably what the problem has been for this store since it opened 20 years ago. I'm sure nobody cares from the owner to the manager but I will not be visiting this location any further. I will not give my money to someone who doesn't work to improve his business or the people who get out of bed bright and early every day to put money in his pocket. By the way I wanted a refund for my entire order not just the muffin.

This is the worse dunkin do not come here. I got to this dunkin exceptionally early at 6:55am bc i have places to be. Not only did i wait in line for 30 minutes but I didn’t even get to place my order due to their lack of urgency. If I could rate this dunkin negative stars I would. This is not the first time this has happened they constantly lack urgency and brain cells. I come here at least 4 times a week and they never fail to disappoint me but they’re lucky this is the only dunkin in town or else i would not be supporting what they guys call a “business”. They’re constantly messing up orders
