Worst Dunkins location 30 minutes for six donuts and a coffee. What a waste of time. Go to honeydew Next door or drive to a different location don’t waste your time.

I literally had a mobile order and I was sitting there waiting for it and they did and they didn’t aknowledge me once a customer ordered at the front after I had already been waiting a couple minutes and she literally got her food before me and drink and I was still waiting there and that lady left before me even though I had a mobile order and I had to speak up and ask them where my order was, they didn’t even try to see what was wrong or anything super unprofessional and what’s the point of doing a mobile order if it’s not gonna be ready when you’re there and walk in customers will get their order before you

I paid for a medium coffee and then waited 10 minutes for two grown men to pace around and mess it up and then try to argue.

It boggles my mind that this store continues to be as horrible as it has been since the day it opened. I come to this store once a week usually sometimes every other week. Always late morning.The past 4 out of 5 times they have been out of blueberry muffins specifically. First time ok....no biggie I took a different kind because that was all they had left and mistakes happen. Second time same thing so I took a corn muffin this time. (Dunks corn muffins suck in general by the way as a side note) Three weeks ago yayyyy they actually had one. The past 2 times same story except today I had enough when I was again offered a corn muffin because as the manager said they only got 2 blueberry last night. Asking for a refund she proceeded to stand in front of me at the register and explain to me how it is her responsibility to maximize the profits of the store and make sure she doesn't have product left over at the end of the night. (Oh so you def didn't order enough and lied about how many you got in) This was at 10am. I think there was plenty of time to sell a few more. First of all...shame on the owner of this location for having his/her managers so scared of shrink that they are making sure to run out of product rather than taking care of their customers. Second here is a free business management lesson for this manager.....you do not maximize profits by running out of a product that you sell. You maximize profits by selling more of your product...which you can't do when you run out of it brainiac. Your owner and/or DM sucks for not teaching you this and giving you the tools to track trends and know the amount of any particular product the you sell to make THEM money. That makes them morons and probably complacent in the amount of money you are making for them. They are not trying to improve the business by improving their employees. Complacency doesn't promote improvement which is probably what the problem has been for this store since it opened 20 years ago. I'm sure nobody cares from the owner to the manager but I will not be visiting this location any further. I will not give my money to someone who doesn't work to improve his business or the people who get out of bed bright and early every day to put money in his pocket. By the way I wanted a refund for my entire order not just the muffin.

This is the worse dunkin do not come here. I got to this dunkin exceptionally early at 6:55am bc i have places to be. Not only did i wait in line for 30 minutes but I didn’t even get to place my order due to their lack of urgency. If I could rate this dunkin negative stars I would. This is not the first time this has happened they constantly lack urgency and brain cells. I come here at least 4 times a week and they never fail to disappoint me but they’re lucky this is the only dunkin in town or else i would not be supporting what they guys call a “business”. They’re constantly messing up orders

this is the worst dunkin i have ever been to i did mobile walk in i ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher and a large latte. I waited for 20 minutes IN STORE, after ordering online. they told me they didn’t have anymore strawberry syrup for my refresher so they just game me a large lemonade which tasted horrible and didn’t put any sugar in the latte.

45 min wait for my mobile order!There was only 1 person working this location, which clearly has a lot of through traffic! She was unbelievably overwhelmed, the mobile orders were never turned off, and she was clearly over stressed b/c there was no management team that seemed to care of turn off the mobile order.

35 minutes for a coffee and a donut. Crazy! I went Sunday and Megan was working, she was screaming at her co-workers while I was at the drive through window waiting for my stuff. She was rude to me as well, next time I see her working there i’m turning my car around immediately! I have had very little good experience here but I have noticed when Ryan is working my refreshers are quite delicious! Disappointed with the Sunday workers.

Without a doubt, the most poorly managed Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to in the country. It’s beyond deplorable. I can’t believe people still purchase their over priced coffee and garbage here.

I go here every morning and this morning at 6am they have a new guy that doesn’t speak very good English and I told him my order three times and he had to fix my coffee three times and he put almond milk in it or something because now I’m on my way to the emergency room for a allergic reaction. Most of the staff is very good but this guy is awful.
