This place sucks, I ask them specifically a bagel WITH cream cheese spread ON IT. I pick up the order, drive away, and of course it’s not on it, AND THERES NO UTENSILS so I can’t even put on the tiny little container of cream cheese spread they put in the bag. This isn’t the first time either. Like what do you have to say, literally take your knife and spread cream cheese on the bagel? Come on

Really bad customer service. The lady at the window was very rude and impatient. She asked us to pull up to receive the food and didn’t say where. There were several other customers who drove by and were confused as well. She gave us more attitude when she came out to give us our food. The coffee was alright. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back to this location.
