The last three times I've been to this Duncan's they have screwed up my order. When I try to discuss it with them they get very confrontational and defensive. This is not how you run a business! You've lost a customer. America may run on Duncan's, but there's plenty of other Dunkin donuts to go to.

Just another fly trap. Literally.
I usually go to the drive up, but lately I been going inside these resturaunts that I usually use the window for.
I went inside with my daughter this time. Omg I'm disgusted that I've been going to this dunks only using the drive up window.
I say it's a fly trap because - There is this long orange board along the ceiling over the register. Well we counted over 27 flies that were swarming all around this board. If there are that many flies that means there are maggots somewhere.
Like most dunks in mass, all gone downhill. This used to be a good dunks. Needs a deep cleanse and someone to look for the old food or waste drawing maggots/flies.
Disgusting. Prob never go back.

Walked in and waited 5-7 minutes before we even saw a server. Then we must have been an inconvenience to her. Rude. DD is going downhill if you don't like servicing the public, get another job. I work in the area and will probably never go again.

I hate that I have to do their job for them. Whenever I ask for a plain bagel with cream cheese they always put it on the side. There have been multiple instances where I ask for it to be on the bagel however no luck. So I now need to pull over put the cream cheese on and then continue on driving. Why even have a drive through?

I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.

The lady’s in the conter were very rude. Zero attitude to work on. we only order one drink and a donut.
