I hate that I have to do their job for them. Whenever I ask for a plain bagel with cream cheese they always put it on the side. There have been multiple instances where I ask for it to be on the bagel however no luck. So I now need to pull over put the cream cheese on and then continue on driving. Why even have a drive through?

I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.

This place sucks, I ask them specifically a bagel WITH cream cheese spread ON IT. I pick up the order, drive away, and of course it’s not on it, AND THERES NO UTENSILS so I can’t even put on the tiny little container of cream cheese spread they put in the bag. This isn’t the first time either. Like what do you have to say, literally take your knife and spread cream cheese on the bagel? Come on
