I don't know who took over this store, but thank God they did. For the first time in 6 months, they finally put cream ON the bagel when I ordered it that way. I just assumed that they didn't do that anymore because it NEVER in 6 months came that way. I know this is intensely dramatic, but I don't care because they are finally paying attention to the details, and it matters.

Standard Dunkin offerings, always seem to be a few customers. The rating is relative to other Dunkin experiences in the area (ie you can get much better bakery items than Dunkin, not that they are horrible)
