Wow what a time. The place had moved tables so we were on top of each others. Super awkward. Also the service was absolutely terrible. Wasn’t the first time either. Food was terrible too. Dried out broccoli and the salmon was really salty. Last time eating here.

The service staff was hopping. It was busy. The wait for the amount of guests was reasonable but like everything else a little pricey. However once you consider the service and serving sizes it's worth it!

We decided to sit at the bar as we were pressed for time and thought it would be quicker, we waited 12 minutes to even be acknowledged, we ordered our food and drinks to they came out pretty quickly but our appetizer never came and we asked for cheese on the salad and soup we never got that either. The entire lunch was listening our waitress complaining about not wanting to work the bar being screwed on tips and under staffed.

For a place that wasn't busy the waitresses were slow. Breadsticks overcooked, but the atmosphere and the food was decent.

My son ordered a kids meal with grapes. We found a moldy grape. We showed the manager and he apologized but did nothing more.

I am so disappointed in my to go experience today! The food was terrible!!! I ordered stuffed manicotti with MEAT SAUCE. And asked for fresh grated Parmesan Cheese. The manicotti had some cheap summer sausage in my meat sauce. It wasn’t the traditional meat sauce. It was so gross, by the time I was done picking it all out of my dinner it was cold. The bread sticks 1/2 of them (the 1/2 in the lower part of the bag) were warm and soggy, the 1/2 near the top were hard and stale. I’m so disappointed and this was probably the worst way I have ever spent $50!!!! Never again!! Idk what has happened but this restaurant has gotten so bad over the years. Their quality is terrible, short cuts are not always the way to go especially when your patrons are spend $50 or more on food. Smh.

Everything here was 100% a five minus the manager named RICH. This is the second time I have visited this location. The first time I literally watched this manager Rich force a female employee to go in the men’s room. She said it made her uncomfortable and despite her stating that he made her do it. While I get people have jobs to do she was a younger female and I could understand why she felt the way she did. For him to speak to her the way he did while I was sitting in the waiting area with my children was extremely disrespectful to the employee and unprofessional of him.

Second visit tonight sitting in the bar area it was very quiet in the section. Same manager RICH literally yelled at an employee about going behind the bar to get a rootbeer. Whether this is right or wrong you do not discipline an employee in front of customers. I am not sure if anyone has complained but this manager should NOT be a manager. I feel for the employees. If I have witnessed two different instances where he is inappropriate with employees I can only imagine what else happens. I truly hope you speak to this manager or remove him because he is incompetent of being a manager.

Absolutely nothing here was human grade standard, take yourself across the street to Bahama breeze for something you can at least stomach. The dispensary next door must be supplying all the customers because the amount of stoned one would have to be to even be able to keep this food down is enough to put a horse into a coma. Frankly I’d rather eat said horse’s salt lick than even try to dine here again, im sure it’d be less sodium. Nobody I dined with left happy with the food but at least we didn’t have to get food elsewhere as nobody even had an appetite after that. I did not go in expecting Olive Garden to provide great food, just sufficient and cheap, of which it was neither. I am not one to leave reviews, nevermind negative ones but if this can dissuade even one person from subjecting themselves to this new form of torture I can sleep easy.

They have gone downhill
Service was bad. The chicken was so overcooked that you couldn't cut it with a steak knife. They ran out of coffee canisters and cups, and they put maybe a two sip amount in the cup.

Overall a 4/5, everything was awesome! My service was great all thanks to Marie B, also the atmosphere was very cozy and the restaurant was very vast. But one thing took a point off my review that couldn’t make it a full five stars, and that was the pasta and breadsticks. Don’t get me wrong I loved it but the pasta was a bit over cooked and the breadsticks were different for every one, like one is over cooked by a tad and one is very soggy. I hope you can do better olive garden, but overall I still loved it!

Kid-friendliness: My server, Marie was very sweet! To my kids. I can never find a restaurant that is this friendly!

Ordered two soups for takeout. Soups were watery, skimpy ingredients. The takeout app automatically added a 20% tip, but there was a slider that let us reduce it to 10% which is normal for takeout. The kicker was an added dollar for using the app that wasn't mentioned. Found out after we brought the soup home and looked at the credit card /paypal notifications. The takeout server did give us a bunch of Andes mints, though, which was nice.

Been 10 years since I have been to an Olive Garden, wanted to try again and it was still mediocre which is expected. All you can eat pasta is good, but the meatballs were flavorless, the alfredo sauce was basically melted thick butter, but the pasta was cooked well and the cheesecake was delicious. Food just needs a bit more flavor.
