First time google reviewer.
I’m not sure what the issue was. It was NOT DENISE, she was amazing.
Valentine’s Day dinner reservation @5.
Wasn’t able to leave until 8:20pm.
They charged me the Valentine’s Day special which included an appetizer, TWO entrees and a desert. They charged me for the Valentine’s Day special twice which ran my bill up to nearly $400.
Every person on the staff that I spoke to with the exception of the hostess had been there less than 7 days.
So an untrained staff + a staff that isn’t well informed on the specials they’re running.
I have no issue paying $400 and tipping HEAVY if the service and food match that price tag.
I’ll be regretting the decision to come here for a while now.
Denise if you read this you were awesome and I’m sorry you were left to be baptized by fire rather than getting the support EVERYONE needed.
The hostess did her very best to try and fix my issues but again I paid for the special 2x over. Please try to understand that when I’ve been waiting for a hour and a half for the bill upon never receiving deserts and then to be double charged regardless warranted this review.
I hope Denise thrives here.
This staff needs more support.

Absolute Disaster! Never book a special event again. They overbooked and made every excuse. The general manager should be fired!

Beyond Unacceptable – Worst Service I’ve Ever Experienced
I’ve dined at plenty of high-end restaurants, but the service at Pino was shockingly bad. My party was seated, but then completely ignored for an unbelievable hour and thirty-five minutes—just water, no server, no acknowledgment whatsoever. It was as if we were invisible.
For a place that markets itself as fine dining, this level of neglect is inexcusable. We weren’t just overlooked; we were flat-out disregarded. No restaurant—especially one in this price range—should treat guests with such blatant disrespect.
Save your time and money. Plenty of places offer great food and know how to treat their customers. This isn’t one of them.
Note: 1 star is too high of a review for this place.

My Fiance and i arrived around 830ish for my birthday dinner on 12/27/24. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The service on the other hand is awful. As we were seated we told the female waitress it was my birthday. We then ordered a Sangria each. This drink was absolutely disgusting. Were i had to ask for a Pepsi to wash some it down. The Waitress said so us right away the menu was limited and the chef was leaving early so we had to put our orders in immediately. So i we orderd a salad as a appetizer along with Chicken Parm for me and Filet Mignon for him. There is like no way u can mess up a chicken parm, but when both meals came back they had no flavor. We asked for steak sauce. She said theres no steak sauce. Literally everything we asked for they didnt have. So i asked her for another drink. She said the bartender makes an amazing rum punch. I kid u not never again. It tasted thick and nothing like the usual rum punch i get. It actually tasted like a gogart. Which is a kid snack. About 15min later my eyes were burning. Can u believe she tells me someone started the fireplace incorrectly. So the whole place was smoked out . Now we ask for the bill. Its $200 not a problem, but u would think she would bring something with a candle acknowledging it was my birthday , but nothing but her asking if we needed change. Awful service and awful food. Even with salt it was horrible. Never again!

We were expecting to eat Lebanese food, but the menu changed completely. The food was not good. It felt like eating at a diner. Definitely not going back. They need to change the chef.

Dinner reservations made through Open Table did not specify they do not use the restaurant nor its menu during the week. We found that out when we arrived. We had to eat in the bar and from the bar menu, which is just a significantly abbreviated version of the restaurant menu. We specifically came to try items from the restaurant menu. Pino's website did not specify this restriction either. We had 3 dishes: 2 pork chops and 1 chicken Parmesan. The chicken parm was not on the bar menu, (only on the restaurant menu) but the kitchen was nice enough to make it, as that was one of the reasons we came here. Poor quality food. The sauce of the chicken parm was dry, as if the sauce had been sitting out for quite some time, not that flavorful, but the chicken was cooked well. Our pork chops were embarrassing medallions that were very thin and very overcooked, but the mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables were decent. It was painfully obvious they overpriced their bar menu. It was verified when we found out the items that existed in both menus were of different prices; the bar menu was more expensive by several dollars. It was pointed out to the bartender and manager. The manager did not realize that, but we later overheard her tell the bartender that it was correct: The two different menus posted correctly on their website. So, they purposely upcharge their bar menu, for the same items served in the restaurant. I rarely post negative reviews nor complain about the poor-quality of my meals, but there were too many issues that compounded into a very negative dining experience here. The most egregious practice is their posting of 2 menus that upcharges the common items between them on the bar menu. Horrible practice; we felt mislead and cheated.
Our waiter Darian was wonderful. He offered of menu suggestions and then gave us a lot of advice about things to do in the area. The flatbread and watermelon salad were both delicious- highly recommend both.
What a beautiful place, but the menu is boring I'd have to say and the wine list has some good options but NOTHING was available to order because they didn't have any in stock. Service really needs a lot of work we felt ignored and at one point forgotten about. The charcuterie board was nothing but stale club crackers and pre cut cheese from the dairy department at the local grocery store. Our meals were ok but you really can't screw up steak tips and a chicken sandwich, again boring menu Zzzz I hope they figure it out because it's a beautiful spot!!
It was a tough night for Pino. The bartender and waitress were great but the food delivered to our table was unacceptable - incomplete, poor presentation, poorly or not cleaned shrimp that appeared past expiration, moldy cheese. Front of house was humble and professional but we still had to go somewhere else for dinner.
For a Friday evening, the restaurant was pretty much empty. 1. Even then the service was very poor. I even wrote it on my bill !! 2. For 5:30 PM, it was surprising to see people sipping drink behind the bar instead of servicing guests. 3. We had hardly eaten 30% of our food. Not sure what was the hurry but was asked if we were done. I said let's pack it home. The packed food never arrived but the bill did. Up on asking we were told it was thrown away. Surprised!! 4. But the waiter came back after few minutes and said, if we want something to take home, the cook will make us some. My answer was - we are good and no need. 5. I wanted to speak with manager (before ordering food and drinks) for an event with 20-25 friends. The attending lead took my name & mobile number. No calls yet. 6. I had signed a good tip on the bill. I still have the pic but crossed it and just paid for the items we ordered. 7. The online MENU Vs the MENU at the restaurant is misleading. 8.Look at my booking. It was a Friday evening Date dinner and was dripping rain outside. It could have been lot better experience. 9. Call me if you want more details. 10. Thanks !!

Had reservations at the bar and there was a man with a baby sitting on the bar and another child running around from the bar to the lounge area. We weren't greeted by the hosted even though she looked at us and looked away. Tried to seat us under a TV.
I absolutely love that place but the food not that much! The menu keeps changing every time we go . It was Mediterranean food before but they changed it into nothing special. They really need to find a good chef and more stuff so you can enjoy the beautiful place.
Over priced, steak did not taste fresh, underwhelming, home cooking would have been better. We went to Seasons 52 in Burlington the next day. That restaurant was lower in price with superior taste, plating, side selection, and service.
Food was fantastic and the drinks were delicious as well. I usually like to give service the benefit of the doubt, as a lot of places are poorly staffed in this day and age.
Waiting an entire hour to even put your food in is where I draw the line. Every bit of the order process took ages. Even when they took our cards to pay it took them another 40 minutes to bring our card back.
When you spend 500+ dollars on food for a small group and it takes you 3+ hours to complete your meal and leave, you have to be a critical.
Likely won't return.
