Went there with family after late evening soccer college game at the are open till midnight on Sat. Waited about 15 minutes to be seated, no line, there was no hostess at the door. Place was dirty with fries all over the floor. The table at the boot we have seated looks like has not been cleaned after few customers. Close to half of the menu was not available at the moment. Food was so so. Blackened Salmon was so dry that I just ate the sides. Won't go back unless there is no other open place in 50 miles radius.

The restaurant was very understaffed at the time of our dinner visit. It took longer than expected to get seated. However, our waiter Daisel was great! He was very friendly, attentive and seemed in a good mood despite having to cover so many tables. Hats off to Daisel! The food was also good. The ribs were tender but lean with good flavor.

I made a catering order for 32 people for an event and was told they completely forgot my order. I have no idea how this could’ve happened because I called multiple times and even got an automated text message confirming my order, then when my party arrived to pick it up we were told the order could still be made then after showing them the order receipt their response was “is this a joke”. I didn’t find having 32 people drive over an hour to my event just to tell them they couldn’t eat a very funny joke. Needless to say I was left completely embarrassed when I had to tell all 32 of my guests that there would be no food whatsoever. It’s sad I paid over 1300$ for the food then rented out an event space to receive no food. Don’t make the same mistake as me by trying to give these people your business.

I’ve always loved coming to Smokey Bones, but my most recent visit was really disappointing. I ordered an appetizer that included fried pickles and informed my server that I’m allergic to them. He said he would ask if they could be left off, but came back to tell me the kitchen refused to make that change.I find it frustrating and concerning that a restaurant wouldn’t accommodate a simple allergy request. It’s not about preference — it’s about safety. I’ve never had an issue here before, but this experience made me feel unheard and uncared for as a customer. I truly enjoyed this place, but after this, I won’t be coming back.

My son and I had dinner at Smokey Bones recently and had to shout out our server, Samantha. She was seriously outstanding and made our whole experience great.

Samantha was incredibly fast, attentive, and genuinely nice.

We are frequent patrons here and usually have very good meals, but the last couple of times the food missed the mark. 1/2 the ribs on both orders were tough, and were overcooked, or seemed to have been reheated one too many times. The steamed broccoli was also soggy and brown spots on several pieces. The pretzel bones and burgers are always good, but the ribs lack overall consistency. Sometimes they're really great, other times they are not.

Caitlin is one of the best Bar Tenders around! She's very personable, and makes the visit fun. The food is always top notch, and one of the places I can actually get a baked potato lol.

I ordered 24 grilled wings (BOGO) with four different sauces for takeout over the phone and specifically mentioned “grilled” several times. However, I received fried wings instead. To make it worse, the sauces were not mixed with the wings, they were provided separately in small containers for me to mix myself. I’ve never encountered this at any other restaurant, and it was both frustrating and disappointing. I will not be returning to this location again.

They took our order the nachos were excellent! Then they deliver our food and two other plates come out which was not ours and they seemed confused. Still didn't get my food and waited on that and it was the worst chili I ever had and had more beans and liquid then meet even though it's the overloaded pulled pork chili. Nasty don't buy it! Then I was trying to be nice and just ask them to take it off my bill cuz it was gross and I couldn't have dinner so I sat and watched my family at dinner. She only came back once after we needed anything and we were all out of drinks. I had already asked for water refill and waited 20 mins. So trying to be nice and my grandkids we ordered cheesecake and they're out of it, so we order the donuts. They were burnt on the outside and raw in the middle or my grandkids couldn't even eat it ! You would think they'd send the manager over after two things not really good. The server just seemed young and it's not her fault but the food was not the best and very disappointed after $91. And then we get someone else's bill at the end!! Whaaat?
