Food was great, service was lacking. Ate about a third of my meal when I got up to use the bathroom and when I got back the waitress had already cleared my plate? Not happy about a $40 meal being thrown out. This was after waiting 45 minutes for our food on a weeknight. They could use some work.

To start the bang bang broccoli appetizer was room temp and on the soggy side when delivered. Super bummer as it's usually a favorite. My wife ordered the salmon entree. It arrived to the table completely raw. I asked for the manager who came, saw the salmon, offered a new one, to which we obliged. Shortly after she came back to the table with a fresh salmon entree. This salmon was even more raw then the first one. The broccoli on my steak tip entree was cold. The only good thing was the chicken finger app. Better off going else where

The waitress was very nice but the food I ordered was horrible. Do not order the general tso chicken. One of the very few times I ordered food and paid for it and not finished because it simply didn't taste good enough to finish. There was also a nacho type appetizer with cheese dip that was extremely burnt nachos.

What a waste of space. The atmosphere is mediocre, at best. Sure, the garage-door style windows open in the summer might be alluring. But only if your server is polite, at a minimum. Unfortunately you won’t find that here. I don’t even care to elaborate on why/how I’ve managed to have the worst experience here multiple times, but as someone who has worked in the service industry for over 10 years, I hope the owner cleans house and finds people that have an ounce of experience with basic human interaction. 86 everyone’s manners. The strange entitlement of the staff is actually cringe worthy. I know I’m not special and probably sound like I’m being a jerk, but I really hope this review saves at least one person from wasting their time here.

We have eaten there several times and the portions are huge and food is delicious. We have also ordered take out and the portion is half the size as if you eat there. I called to see why the portions are so different. The manager "Clairesse" was cold, unapologetic, and was disinterested in my observation. No apology...all she said was, I'll check with the kitchen and see where the disconnect is at.

As much as I really wanted to like this place, unfortunately, I have had to deal with extremely rude staff and poor service on multiple occasions. With years in the service industry between both myself and my partner, there's simply no reason for it. I recommend going across the street to Smokey Bones, where you are always greeted with a smile, and food/drinks are 1/3 of the price for arguably higher quality chain restaurant food.

LOUD. Really Loud. So loud we couldn't hear each other across the table without almost yelling. The alt pop music was only half the problem. The ceiling is high, but like the rest of the place, was all hard surfaces, bouncing the noise around. Suggestion: at least put anechoic tiling or panels on the ceiling to deaden some of the sound. It would improve things drastically.Price point on menu is high average, and the Massachusetts taxes boost it a bit into the high priced range. The food is very good, and portions are generous. We had the " common landmark" meals, a cheeseburger, and the fish and chips. The fries for both were basic and average shoestring potatoes ( but there are several other options). The cheeseburger was good quality, fresh, " smashed" patty, brioche bun. Well prepared to well done without being overdone or dried out.The fish was a full half-fish filet of haddock, lightly breaded, not overcooked or dried out. Flaky, tender, and moist inside. Service was very good, and not intrusive or neglected. While the wait for our food was a bit long, it wasn't excessive, and probably had a bit to do with how busy they were just post-lunch rush at 14:30.The decor is very nice, and the bathrooms are well lit and very clean, which is an important detail in assessment of a restaurant. The main area is also very clean, and well lit. The forward facing wall is made up of folding glass panels, so that the dining area can be opened to the environment, like a cabana style eatery in good weather. The noise, unfortunately, was such a detraction from the experience, that we are unlikely to visit again. That is the one major flaw in the establishment that I noted.Parking: Open, free, parking lot. At the other end of it, away from the restaurant, is a Tesla/EV charging station with at least ten Charger units.Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk and entry to the restaurant are built flush to the surface of the lot. There are no needs for a ramp, and no bump to trip on. Bathrooms are roomy, and handicap accessible.

Stopped here last Saturday, St Paddy's day weekend. The place was packed, and yet we were still seated quickly, drink orders were taken pretty quickly. The servers were mad busy, and still were attentive the whole time. Ordered apps, and lunch. Good was excellent. So many places bread their fish tacos, this place.... blackened, and perfect!

Great location just right off the exit, even better for the Tesla owners because of the super charging stations are right there. Anyway, good service, vibes, TVs, the bar and the food are the reasons to draw people here. Noise level was on the higher side but didn’t bother me. Ordered sweet and spicy Thai chicken salad, it was tasty and appealing for appetite. Reasonable price.
