Food was tasty, I ordered the St. Louis rib feast with broccoli, a loaded baked potato and a Stella Artois with apple cobbler for dessert. The sauce on the ribs were delicious. Our server, Ava was great! The right amount of attentive, and such a light personality! The manager Red is also great.

Smokey Bones is definitely a go-to place for date nights or a group of friends. Our waitress was Erika who was seriously so incredible. Erika was so on top of her game and was super attentive and quick. She is definitely one of those waitresses that you wanted for them to keep coming over because she was fun to talk with. Service and food were both great overall.

Brie is a fabulous server and the food was hot & delicious! Wings were crispy, burger was cooked to perfection. One of the best burgers I've had in a while, and options were endless for the "build a burger" First time going and cannot wait to be back again :)

Cannot adequately say how disappointing the entire meal was. Their fried chicken wings were so overcooked the meat was rubber. Sauces OK but a freezing cold mac and cheese with no taste crowned the experience. Indifferent server with really poor interest in the table, pacing or even bringing utensils. Just bad. And the place was quite empty.

The hospitality at this establishment was absolutely horrendous. The host did a poor job at welcoming us in, and our waitress wasn't any better when we sat down. Just an all around awkward, uncomfortable and humdrum dinner experience. The food was alright.

Better as a take out. Ribs were great but the alcohol drink I ordered wasn't worth $13. More ice than liquid. We ordered the pulled pork chili and was just sauce and beans. Would not return.

Good but not blow-your-mind-away brisket, ribs, and wings. Worth it, but I have to say the hostess in particular and service in general had about as much personality as the napkins. It was a slow night, they weren’t rushed…just didn’t care.

I asked for a pink in the middle burger and got one that was almost burnt through. I didn't say anything because my family didn't want me too. And we waited for an hour to receive our food. Won't be going back.

So the first question is are you having a shortage of plates because for some reason we never get them. Second we had to ask 2 times and waited till our app was almost gone before we received them. We ordered two drinks, both were wrong but at that point we were so aggravated we didn't bother asking them to replace them and she barely came to the table to check on us. First time I've ever considered no tip at all and I usually tip 20 % or higher. We had Tessa as a server.

I gave three stars for the good brisket and beans. I visited on a Saturday. The hostess didnt seem to thrilled about working or greeting customers. I sat down and waited about 10 minutes while three girls were in the kitchen doorway chatting. Finally they acknowledged me and one of them took my order. Supposedly their mac and cheese is a premium side with an additional charge. Don't bother with it unless you like overcooked noodles and Velveeta sauce with bread crumbs sprinkled on top. We're living though an unprecedented period, impacting our personal lives, as well as businesses across our country (and, in fact, the world). The restaurant business is no exception. With supply chain issues impacting availability of food and other essentials, and labor shortages due to the pandemic and economics, the restaurant business has perhaps been impacted more than others. My wife and I are sensitive to the challenges, and take this into consideration with patience when we dine out. We went to Smokey Bones in Tyngsboro, MA to celebrate my wife's birthday. The manager (Pedro) recognized that our experience wasn't meeting the standard he strives for, and he stepped in to help. Pedro, along with our new waitress, Logan, made this one of the best dining experiences we ever had. They were both superb in every way (very personable and professional)! We can't thank them enough for taking action, treating us as though we were their top priority (as they do all their customers), holding to a high standard, and making our experience so pleasurable! Thank you Pedro and Logan!
