Great service tonight from Alex Perez! My son commented on how friendly and nice he was within the first ten minutes of being seated. Awesome employee!

This restaurant delivers some of the consistently best meat dishes in the area at reasonable prices, and they offer special prices for loyalty program members.Bartenders are very competent and attentive. However, this is not the place we could go for a good bar experience because the efficient bartenders are not very articulate. If you just want good food, this is place is OK, but if you ant a rewarding bar dining experience, there are better nearby places where the bar staff always rxcels in the hospitality department with great conversation. We like Olive Garden, TreMonte, and Maximillian Billiards in Tygboro

I made a reservation for 13 last night, June 1, 2023 for my son's graduation dinner for 9:00 P.M. on June 2, 2023. They sent me a text to confirm the reservation was made and on June 2nd, they sent me another text to confirm or cancel the reservation. I confirmed my reservation and when we arrived, our table was ready and we were seated immediately. Kassandra was our waitress. She was on top of us and made sure everything was perfect. When I took a group picture, she was taking orders from members of our party. She asked if I wanted her to move, to which I replied "You don't have to. You can be in the picture as well, if you want". She is in the picture. Kasandra you rock! My wife and I are so glad you were our waitress tonight. I give, not just Smokey Bones 5 stars, but, I also give Kasandra 5 stars. If you go to Smokey Bones in Tyngsboro, MA, make sure you ask for Kasandra. Tell her Santa Clause sent you. LOL

Kassandra was amazing! Definitely made our experience great and didn’t feel rushed. Highly recommend coming back and asking for her next time.

Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I often go to Smokey Bones for the high-quality meat and sauces. Decided to take a trip recently for my birthday and the service and food was great all around. Our server Maddy was very attentive and was always around at the perfect time to help with everything from picking out food to refilling drinks. The wings came out crispy and well cooked with a good amount of sauce. In summary, Smokey Bones was a good quality experience for my family and I.

Placed an order online and went to go pick it up and was told they never got the order. They said they would make the order right away and let me know when it was finished. No one ever told me it was ready so I had to ask. Once we got the food home half the order was missing. The wings weren't bad but the fries were cold and soggy.

I have eaten here at Smokey Bones many times, and the food is always excellent. The service is generally OK, but tonight they really dropped the ball. I ordered a burger and Brunswick Stew. The stew should have come out first, but it didn’t. When the stew finally came out, after the burger, there were the standard 2 packages of crackers, though I asked for 10. At least they comped the stew, the least they could do. I asked for the artificial sweetener for the ice tea. The server forgot not once, but twice. They also charged .50 for garlic mayo, which I did not ask for. Yes, I know it’s only 50 cents, but it’s the principle of the thing – being charged for something I neither asked for nor wanted. In all fairness, the server seemed to be new on the job, so I guess I can cut him some slack for that.

Very disappointing! Food: - Ordered 8 jumbo wings, two different sauces. When they arrived, asked which were which flavored, server did not know. She guessed, but was wrong. A couple of the wings were a fair size, but for the most part, they were really small. All were greatly overcooked/rubbery. I usually share with my husband, but he considered them too tough/ inedible. The sauces were good and very flavorful, but could/should have been more heavily coated. Might have counteracted the dry/overcooked meat. We did speak with a manager who removed the wings from our bill who told us the wings coming in are indeed much smaller than usual. I stated they may want to put a note in the menus that "jumbo" wings were not available, instead smaller would be provided (maybe reduce the rate or add more wings). We surmised, the chefs are still cooking at the "jumbo" timing -- but for the smaller wings, just too long thus overcooked... - Fries: requested steaming hot and crispy. The server response was strange: he said in very hesitant tone... "I can try...". HUH? When they came, the serving size was small and they were sort-a warm at best. We told the server, he was not the least bit surprised and he got a fresh, hot serving. So does this happen a lot? - Pulled pork sandwich. We are used to an overstuffed sandwich we share... Not any more . The meat was dry and over cooked. Not much meat in the sandwich. Disappointing. Drinks: - My husband ordered a house cabernet. I ordered water - The server brought a water and a white wine. We explained Cabernet is red.... Server said, "Ya, I thought something was off..." Ahhh... OK. So DO something before bringing it to the customer... - I drink white so offered to take the white rather than have it thrown away and the waiter went back to the bar and brought a Cabernet... Service: Clearly the server was out of his depth and not very well trained. He was pleasant and trying hard -- but more training needed. I did ask to see the manager who was very understanding and listened well. She removed the charge for the wings and agreed they were not good. She also agreed that the server needed more training. We get it -- good, trained staff is hard to hold on to these days. The manager was very professional and handled the feedback well. I got the feeling she would work to improve things based on the feedback. Then the check came... - The charge for the wings were indeed removed - We were charged for the white wine we did not order. The classy move would be not to charge for it, but I did drink it so ok. - We were charged for a premium Cabernet. My husband had very clearly asked for a house wine. He was furious. To him, this was adding insult to injury. I think it's again a server training issue. In any case, not a good close to a not very good stop.

Amazing good. Great service. They were extremely busy the entire night but not once did we have to wait for anything. Brielle was our server and she was incredible. She recommended the donuts for dessert and my goodness were they delicious.

We went to Smokey Bones the other day and the food was fantastic and Brielle was the best server as always. Everything she recommended was delicious and she was great with my daughter. 10/10 recommend and ask for her!

Cannot adequately say how disappointing the entire meal was. Their fried chicken wings were so overcooked the meat was rubber. Sauces OK but a freezing cold mac and cheese with no taste crowned the experience. Indifferent server with really poor interest in the table, pacing or even bringing utensils. Just bad. And the place was quite empty.

I always get nervous about finding new wing places because I’ve had terrible experiences but you guys always make my wings so perfect. I love you guys so much and I can eat this wings everyday for the rest of my life lol they are soooo yummy ❤️

Awesome food and tasty zingy little plate bursting with flavor. But 18 dollars for 6 cookie? I get chips ahoy 30 pack for 6 bucks. But good food.

terrible experience here. Ordered two dinners and came out to around 33 dollars with tax and delivery, the size of the “wings” were that around popcorn chicken and not representative of what they advertised. Most of my “wings” were the crunchy breaded parts instead of chicken.Fries were okay and flavor was average at best. You are better off Door Dashing Buffalo Wild Wings, WingStop or Just Wings if you want examples of decent wing dedicated places.Normally I’ll eat the food even if it’s not great but tho was the first time I felt genuinely taken advantage of from one of these pop up virtual restaurants that exist only for Door Dash delivery. Be very wary of this place.
