I don’t know why I waited so long to come here. My first visit was in late November and I’ve been several times since! The breakfast is so good. I’ve had a variety of meals and they have all been a 10/10. Don’t sleep on this breakfast!

My father's favorite place in a 10 mile radius! The best corn beef hash with poached eggs and hollandaise I've ever had (and I've had it a few different places).
My brother ordered a slight variation on a menu item (turned an omelette into a scramble) and the chef came out to thank him for ordering it, it looked so good and he wished more people ordered it and that he wants to add it to the menu

Cotes is by far the BEST breakfast and lunch we’ve had in a long time! The food is exceptional!! The service is phenomenal. The wait staff is super kind and outgoing. The acai bowls are incredible. But honestly, we had tried everything on the menu, and everything is delicious!!
