Denise Fontaine is a terrible manager. Takes ages for her to handle an issue then she clearly doesn’t take any steps to train and address things with employees to improve things then she just ignores messages and doesn’t address problems. Terrible at customer service and she’s a manager. This location constantly gives out either cold or way over cooked food. Mind boggling.

I’ve always been to this Dunkin cause it’s the most convenient and in my town and don’t get me wrong most of the staff are super nice and helpful. My issue is almost every single time I have gotten a drink lately there has been stuff floating in my drink. The past 3 times I’ve been (which i go every morning before work) and I don’t usually have time to look at the drink I just put my straw in and drink it so it’s pretty disappointing when you get to work and see that a drink that you spend over 3 dollars on has random stuff floating in it that I don’t even know what it is!

I guess going here this time of day is not good. Ordered a med FV ice coffee, extra, extra. Half way home and take a sip. Had the cream but no FV and no sugar. 1 out of 3, pretty poor, get your act together. Called and she said come back when I was almost home. I said I am not coming back and she said nothing we can do and hung up. Great service....NOT.

Upton ma Dunkin is super good. Staffing is always good, they are super patient when I have a hard time finding what I want. The o my complaint I have is that the loaded hash browns need more sauce and bacon when made. But other then that is is 100% grade
Blonde girl on the the drive through was extremely rude, not professional since the 1st time when she took the order to the end of my visit. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago when they gave me a decaf coffee instead of a regular one, and another day, they gave me the wrong sandwich.
Please provide good training to your team so they can make it a pleasant experience....Dunkin Donuts deserves a better representation!

Dunkies?? We got so many good coffee shops around with better coffee, food, and service. And better yet they are cleaner too. Dunkin is not the place for me, and idk who’s running on it. ⚠️ my favorite part of Dunkin is having streaks where I can say I haven’t been there in so long!
