I had to repeat The type of coffee and how I wanted at least three times never mind how I wanted it made. That was a task in itself. It took me about 10 minutes to get through my order of three coffees. The woman at the window had no idea what she was doing. The line was backed up to the street in drive-thru. I sat there for about 15 minutes.

Upton ma Dunkin is super good. Staffing is always good, they are super patient when I have a hard time finding what I want. The o my complaint I have is that the loaded hash browns need more sauce and bacon when made. But other then that is is 100% grade

It’s funny to rate a dunkin but I have to give this one credit for always getting our order right. Often other locations will forget to switch out the cheese or will always forget the bakery order but we don’t have that problem here. Thank you for being our local dunkin!
