The food here is always excellent… I don’t know how they do it or where they get it, however, it takes no time for them to quickly whip it up and have it ready. Dumplings, Chicken Lo-Mein, Beef Skewers… every time are perfect. Thanks Jade Garden. Definitely recommend. Have never eaten inside the location, however, the take out is always great.

Just ordered the Vegetarian Delight, which the online ordering menu states comes with tofu. It’s a 15 minute drive there and back for pick up, when I finally opened it at home there was no tofu. Jade Garden claims the menu doesn’t have tofu listed (it does, see screenshot), and refused to meet us half way by allowing us to return it for a different dish, or at least pay for a half order of their other tofu dish. So now I’ve spent $14 on a bunch of underwhelming vegetable, AND they want me to pay another $14 for a separate tofu dish. Incredibly unprofessional to not right their wrong. I’m pregnant, I wanted some tofu, and they refuse to make it right. No more Jade Garden for me, plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area who play fair.

Had the Pu pu platter, pork fried rice and vegetable lo mein. Was extremely good. This place seems to be a gem in Upton. Definitely worth the trip.

This place is close to us so it's convenient. The food is 7 out of 10 times good! It's usually on the greasy side, but tasty. Their house fried rice is THE best!

Decided to try due to all these positive reviews. I ordered take out 6/25/2023 3 pm, not busy at all.I dont understand these great reviews, very greasy food , mooshi tasted weird like it was from a can, Horrible other dishes gravy 1/2 grease, seperated, perhaps the positive reviewers love grease-laden soaked food. most of food tossed in trash. I usually order from hong kong house hopedale, sooooo much better!

I’ve had Chinese food from many different places, & I may like it from some other places too, but Jade Garden is always the BEST!!! It certainly also tastes fresher than some others.I’m a picky eater & I have to say a common meal for me is the Singapore style curry rice noodles combined with the fried rice. I’ve had a lot more of their food here over the years & I’d hate to ever move out of the area & part of it is because of the food here?
