The customer service is amazing! The food has always come out cooked perfectly, and has always tasted so amazing! The workers are so sweet and i'd recommend Jade Garden to anyone who needs a sweet and sour taste in their day!

I hate to say this because I really love Chinese food, but the last 2 times I have gotten this (both within the last 5 weeks) they have given me & my family food poisoning. We believe it’s either the crab rangoons, shrimp, or boneless spare ribs. Possibly something else though.

The food is very good and the portions are great. My only complaint is that they use plastic containers instead of the cardboard/paper ones. The plastic is so bad for the environment as most people just throw them away. Also potentially bad for one’s health. Please go back to the old fashioned containers.

The food here is always excellent… I don’t know how they do it or where they get it, however, it takes no time for them to quickly whip it up and have it ready. Dumplings, Chicken Lo-Mein, Beef Skewers… every time are perfect. Thanks Jade Garden. Definitely recommend. Have never eaten inside the location, however, the take out is always great.
I rather not say what I think just know I just spent 45$ that went straight in trash. Jade owner you have got to step up the quality of food I just bought from you. I was so disappointed.

Just ordered the Vegetarian Delight, which the online ordering menu states comes with tofu. It’s a 15 minute drive there and back for pick up, when I finally opened it at home there was no tofu. Jade Garden claims the menu doesn’t have tofu listed (it does, see screenshot), and refused to meet us half way by allowing us to return it for a different dish, or at least pay for a half order of their other tofu dish. So now I’ve spent $14 on a bunch of underwhelming vegetable, AND they want me to pay another $14 for a separate tofu dish. Incredibly unprofessional to not right their wrong. I’m pregnant, I wanted some tofu, and they refuse to make it right. No more Jade Garden for me, plenty of Chinese restaurants in the area who play fair.

Had the Pu pu platter, pork fried rice and vegetable lo mein. Was extremely good. This place seems to be a gem in Upton. Definitely worth the trip.
