Don’t come here is the WORST COFFEE EVER SERVED . Husband got me a coffee asked to return it because they have clearly never cleaned their machines and taste disgusting burnt . He told me they gave him attitude to the request of taking back the most crappy coffee I’ve ever had . 🤦♀️🤢

This Dunkin's is always neat & clean. They're very consistent with freshness, portion sizes, & quality of the food & drinks they prepare....more so than many other locations in the general area! A+ on my hot latte' every time! Wish they had a drive thru,.... But they're worth getting out of the car for! 👍🏼😌

Worst chain around, whenever I go to this one I get treated HORRIBLE. I was 8 months pregnant and pretty big. I ordered a small coffee and this blonde girl mid 30s was so rude to me, and a customer was behind me and she was SO nice to them. I greeted her with a smile and everything and even gave her a tip. Waited 10 minutes for my coffee when she handed the customer behind me his coffee and said i hope you have a good day! And just stared me up and down. One of the guys behind the counter that had glasses and dark hair asked me if I needed something and I almost balled my eyes out. I just wanted my coffee. He slammed it on the counter. Worst experience ever, I’m terrified to go in there.

Listen the service is what it is! One on the Register and just one person making all the drinks and food! Whoever owns this Franchise shouldn’t be in business! Two People that’s it! There was a line, some people walked out! Whether they can’t find help, or nobody wants to work period! Wish there a Honey Do in Uxbridge, because not just this Dunkin, but they are not what they use to be period!

This location lacks almost about everything you could ever imagine. Went into this location in the morning, and was treated with absolute disrespect. The women at the register was horribly rude and reeked of cigarettes. Sat and waited for my small hot coffee for about 20 minutes, during this time all I could hear was the bickering and swearing of the employees while they made coffees. I felt extremely unsafe with all of the swearing going on. It definitely wasn’t a friendly family environment. If you like getting your coffee from a horrible morning staff come here.

The food is always the same. But the service is definitely lacking. There are no leaders when I go into this Dunkin. Customers don't come first especially when you only have half trained teens working. Needs better management and training. Not recommend for the cost. Corporate needs to get involved and whip the place into shape.
Coffee is always delicious …. There 100% needs to be another person making sandwiches no offense but ALLY moves like a godamm turtle , she obviously doesn’t care about how long she takes. I can order ahead online , and when I get there I’m still waiting for her to make a sandwich , what’s the point of doing online order if I still have to wait.

Give you the wrong food (that you won't notice until you're at home), make awful drinks, when you try to call them on it, they're liars, they'll put cream in espresso beverages, says "coffee and a turbo shot together will make you sick" except that's LITERALLY ON YOUR MENU, BABE. They harass senior women, management willingly & publicly admits she doesn't know how to make their drinks, & would rather argue like a 7th grader than just acknowledge that, just maybe due to the numerous 1✰ reviews on here, the team isn't so great. At anything.
