I entered the lobby where I was the only customer there and was ignored by the staff. I used the kiosk and the staff acknowledged another customer who came in after me. he received his order before mine even though i ordered ahead. It was my first visit here and the place was filthy.

Got a cold brew and I was pretty tasty. I normally make.my coffee at.home. this wasn't bad.

Waited over 30 minutes for a coffee I ordered on dunkin app and never received it that's bullshit

Ordered a bacon, egg & cheddar cheese on a sour dough today. There was literally 1 bacon cut in half. Honestly almost $5 for this piece of -- I've ordered from other Dunkin, they put at least 2 slices in there. The employees that work here never put on a smile either. America will not be running on Dunkin much longer if they keep this up.
BTW, Don't ever ask them to extra toast your sandwich, they will literally burn it. I had to call customer service for my refund back on my burnt sandwich.

This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. These employees chatted with me while I waited for my food. We had good conversation about music, concerts and munchkins. It was a great experience and the food was hot and fresh. If I lived closer I would make this my daily dunkin!

There is a few guy in the morning that are so sweet which makes me love this Dunkin 🥹🫶🏼 but some of the other workers need to work on customer service in the drive thru sounding so miserable like I’m just trying to feed my baby I didn’t ask for all that attitude 🤣

Came here last week, only one person working and took for ever. Ordered an everything bagle this trip, they even repeated it back and I got a plain.

Definitely NOT OPEN until 10. States they are open drive-thru blocked off and closed at 915p.
