Waited over 5 mins for someone to come to the regisrer while all 6 or 7 employees was working with the drivethrough or cleaning. Coffee was wrong, food was wrong, service was incabable of dealing with stress of having multible food orders. I watch over 6 meals go out for the drivethrough whike i waited over 10 minutes for a sandwich.

This dunkin donuts is clean on the inside and their afternoon shift workers are a beautiful group of young adults who are cheery, patient and have great customer service skills. A couple of young kids were taking a while to order in front of me and they were incredibly patient with them and showed them great kindness. There is a few guy in the morning that are so sweet which makes me love this Dunkin 🥹🫶🏼 but some of the other workers need to work on customer service in the drive thru sounding so miserable like I’m just trying to feed my baby I didn’t ask for all that attitude 🤣
