The food here was delicious. The service was promising and friendly. There was plenty of food for us to bring home for another meal. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

Fantastic Italian food. The staff was great and the prices are pretty good. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner.

Old time place. Dark wood. Portion(veal parm) was huge. Well cooked. Sauce wasn't my favorite. I would go back. Reasonably priced.

Old and dingy interior, food was not very good ...waitress had a very bad attitude i am paying for dinner for 5, while i am speaking with my daughter she looks at me and tells me to be quiet because she does not want to have to repeat herself . Total waste of time and wont be back. Place was empty with that attitude i can see why.

Hands down one of the best Chicken Parm dinners in Ma. Food is very comforting and portions are perfect.

Finally got myself out here to try this Italian spot! I highly recommend this spot!
I ordered the baked mezzi rigatoni and it was delicious! There were mini meatballs in it, too! Super yummy and most definitely hit the spot. It came with a side salad and two pieces of focaccia (both of which were devoured before I got the lid off my entree 😂).
It was dimly lit inside but super welcoming at the same time. There were tables and bar seating. There was a crackling log fire. I'd definitely come here for date night!
Will definitely be returning to try other dishes. 😁

I'm going to echo a few other reviews, food was great, service was terrible. Waited at least 20 minutes before a waitress came over and gave us water. Had someone with allergies and we asked about alternatives, the waitress forgot to ask and we waited another 10 minutes for an answer. Our kid ordered spaghetti and meatballs off the kids menu and it showed up with no meatballs, when asked about it she said it doesn't include meatballs, I said it does (and the receipt said spaghetti and meatballs) and she said oh I can go ask if you want. Large portions, great taste but probably wouldn't go again.

While the service we received was great, actually receiving service was a tall order tonight. Bartender did a great job for what she had to work with, but she needed more help!

Excellent restaurant. The service is always good. Food is even better. They've never disappointed us. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. It has old bones and new warmth. Highly recommend the visit.

The food is great! The service is very poor. No management around in the floor. Waitstaff is running around and look lost. The hostess looks like it's her first job and does not know how to run a welcome station. She had pieces of paper for guests that came in. It took about an hour to get seated. Waitress never acknowledged us for 45 minutes. She was severely overwhelmed but never said hello to us even. This was the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant. It's too bad because the food really is great. We spent 3 hours at the restaurant for 1 drink each(there was no choice to get another one), salads and entrees. Do better Gia's! Find a front of the house manager ASAP!

The service was attentive and friendly, and the atmosphere itself was lovely — warm, inviting, and well thought out. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the setting.
The Caesar salad dressing was overwhelmingly sharp, with an intensity of vinegar that left a noticeable burn in the throat rather than the balanced tang one would expect. The bruschetta, though promising in concept, arrived with a sparse amount of burrata topped with melted grated mozzarella an odd substitution that couldn’t quite make up for the lack of creaminess. The bread underneath was heavy, dense, and untoasted, leaving the dish more soggy than satisfying.
The “grilled” chicken was another miss baked rather than grilled, resulting in a mushy texture without the char or depth of flavor the name suggested. To top it off, the food took a considerable amount of time to arrive, which made the overall disappointment even harder to overlook.
With such an appealing ambiance and good service, this restaurant has real potential but the kitchen execution needs significant improvement before the dining experience matches the atmosphere.
