12-5-2023 TuesdayI went to Jumbo Donuts today appt 3;00. I asked if the ho decaf coffee was fresh. The girl informed me it was about two hours old but it was hot. I then asked if she could make fresh pot.( decaf hot coffee has a bad taste after 1/2 hour at most) ..I was told no because it was a waste of money. I will never go back to Jumbos and I was actually a frequent customer. Jumbo also lost out today because I was going to order a hot sandwich and a donut and consider myself a good tipper. I actually drove off when refused a fresh cup of decaf. What a big disappointment!

I always have a good experience. Far better than chain coffee places. One time I went to a chain coffee place and the coffee was so bad I went straight to the jumbo drive through lol. Glad to live near a jumbo

I will never go again as I was a frequent customer. I went through the drive there appointment 3:00 on 12-4-23 . I asked the girl if the hot decaf was fresh , she told me it was around 2 hours old but it was hot. I asked if she could make a fresh pot knowing decaf is not to good after a half hour. I was told no because they were not going to make as it was a waste of money. i was also going to buy a hot sandwich and donut as always. I told the girl to forget the order and drove through. What bad rude service. Beware of the Decaf coffee it's old and they don't care. I am sure I am not the only customer they tried to give old coffee to. Beware of old coffee at Jumbo Donuts. Glad I still have my money on my pocket.
