The bathroom was dirty, the toilets needed to be cleaned. The burger was good, but my fries were cold. Bummer.

I go to a lot of McDonalds, across three states. The food is typical fast food. But this location has some of the best service and efficiency that I have ever seen. Granted, that might not be saying too much about other McDonalds, which so often are under-staffed with employees who don't listen to an order carefully, and are not serious about the job. Now, true enough, this McDonalds does not seem to be in a heavy traffic area, and is not in an urban area; and perhaps does not get overrun with customers too often. But, in general, the franchise owner should be applauded; they almost always seem to be on the ball.

I never write reviews but this mcdonalds specifically SUCKS. One of the mangers or whatever an older woman bothered me for ordering an hour and 20 minutes before close saying i always do this and how they all hate me once (I had never gone close to 12 before and thought they closed at 2am or something before this). Besides that they ALWAYS mess it up. Last 3 times I went I swear they made my double quarter pounder with bacon WITHOUT bacon. Just go to the one in whitensville its not worth going here ESPECIALLY before close. Service takes forever too. Its called FAST FOOD

Workers were extremely disrespectful, came for an order, and picked up a sign with your number on it where the server is supposed to give your food to you. This lady was extremely rude when we didn't hear her yell for us, because we were having a conversation and expected her to drop the food off like she is supposed to every time. She then started insulting us, saying that we should of heard her and that someone else heard the number, and that we were deaf. Keep in mind this was a group of us who went there to have a nice time, and we're having a convo as usual, and this lady who would not be bothered to do her job, and instead yell across the restaurant for us was being quite disrespectful.

Placed mobile order and have email paid receipts from McDonald's and PayPal confirming payment. Staff claim they don't have the order and can't help me. No one offered to investigate situation or make my order. I was expected to contact corporate and paypal on my own to get my money back. Also, all the soda machines are down so there is no water either, forcing guests to buy more expensive bottled and coffee drinks. Disappointed!

The park everyone and take too long to bring the food, if there’s no parking spot, they don’t care, the say park wherever, and you don’t really know about your food until you go inside to ask for

Crew at the moment (march 24 1pm) is happy and rocking! They’ve got flow and are engaging in customers wherever appropriate. (Sounds like little praise but try walking into any other store and see how people greet you.). I can tell the crew is in good spirits and it’s contagious and efficiently!

Manager was not aware of how the app works. I informed the person taking my order the screen was not reflective of what I ordered. When I got up to the window to pay, it was the manager who was taking my order. I informed the manager the price was incorrect, and the order did not reflect my app reward and coupon deals which would ultimately cut the price in half. The manager informed me I could not use both reward and coupon together, which is incorrect. I tried to talk with the manager to inform him I always use these two deals together. He ignored me and insisted to move along. Very poor customer service.

Burgers are generally overcooked and dry. For some reason, the McDonald's at Lincoln Mall are much better.

Messed my order up and tried to say that I ordered something that I did not.The huy said that I ordered 3 mcflores and did not.Then when I gave him my receipt he said that it was on there and was not.so I am giving them a 1 star and recommend you do not go there
