Bought lunch yesterday from here. Used delivery from main Papa Gino's page. When food arrived it was by a dasher, my drink was missing but I figure it was a dashing error not the store. However when I opened my buffalo chicken Mac and cheese it was just Mac and cheese. This was not only disappointing but also took the protein out of the meal. I called and the girl was very nice and refunded me. However this is the 3rd time in a row this one location has messed up my order and was my first time back in a long time and probably my last all together.

Ordered a single pizza and a desert for the family and took 20 minutes past the pickup time with the restaurant empty and quiet! Maybe I should have used a small business instead?

JUST GO TO HARRY’S!! Every time I visit this location it takes them at least 20-30 minutes to make food that is mid at best.. received a “chicken parm pocket” today that was literally 3 chicken fingers in a pita with the slightest amount of cheese and sauce. Pretty terrible quality honestly and most of the workers are weirdos

The food was ok however the dinning room needs a complete makeover looks like the same stuff that was originally from the grand opening of this particular place definitely needs new CARPETING AMONGST OTHER THINGS

Service was absolutely outstanding. Whoever manages or owns this place needs to recognize and reward the workers in there, all of them. Super helpful and friendly. Food was surprisingly good. Food was definitely made with love. Kudos and props to the 4 workers we talked to, all great people! Sorry we didn't get their names, highly highly recommend this place!

Went there with my kids to have pizza and they have mice told them about it and they said they were aware of it that is very disgusting and unsanitary I definitely won't go back to that particular Papa Gino's especially when they have rodents

No sauce on the two pizzas ..very little toppings . They don't use sauce just a few tomatoes. Salad was old cucumbers were past due.luttuce was wilted. The worst 54.00 dollars i have ever spent...will never go there again...wow 😪 stay away from that place...

As a former worker(90-92) my latest experience was the best I had in a long time. The staff working was great and very personable. Pizza was cooked to the standard I was held to a very long time ago. I am glad those standards are back.

We normally love the Rustic Sausage and Ricotta pizza, however, who ever made the pizza didn’t measure the ricotta or the crushed red pepper. Almost inedible. My husband tried the new pockets and they were under cooked. The ceaser salad was fine. Overall not a good experience. We will reconsider Papa Gino’s when opting for takeout which is sad because it’s usually the only pizza I like.
