Love the coupons
Used to be great. New employee skimps out on the portions with every online order I make. I complained online but was told basically to screw off and that nothing would change. Pro tip: DONT GO HERE anymore, go to Mendon’s location for proper service and an owner that cares.

This subway sucks. They skimp on all the ingredients, meat and even veggies. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION. The Indian family in town (Patel) bought out several businesses, and they're running them all into the ground.

Horrible, will never return, ordered a footlong meatball sub, she put 6 meatballs and ordered extra banana peppers and most of the banana peppers had the stems, disgusting

As others have mentioned they pretend they never got your order and give much less meat than other locations. If you want to pick the food up you paid for order it in person not via the Subway app. Been like this for at least 8 years.

Unable to contact via phone, missing items and need a refund for items not received. They’re cheap with the meat on sandwiches, if your going to charge $10 for a sub then I expect $10 worth of meat! Do not recommend!! And I want my refund!!!!

Everytime i’ve did an online pickup with them somthing been wrong, but this most recent time they put so much pepper it was uneatable. they are lazy and careless with there services.

So, I will not purchase anything from this shop again, first of all I went there to get 2 subs, when I walked in I noticed that the meat window is covered so you don't see how stingy their are with the meat, they don't want you to see how much meat they are putting on the subs which is NOT much. My tuna sub had almost no tuna, so pretty much it was all bread, same thing with my BMT, tones of vegetables and not much meat, very disappointed, for now on I will be ordering my food from sub shops, hope you run out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 subs barely any meat or veggies on it and they couldn’t even cut them. For the price I’ll go to jersey mikes and at least get some stuff in the sandwich
Got curbside pickup lady who brought it out had no respect and then continued to throw her hands in the air while walking back in the store then when she got in the store she was yelling to the other customers and seemed very upset about something. Not sure what I said thank you have a great day with a smile when she came to the window. Poor customer service. Maybe it was cause she forgot her dentures.Then got home to eat and whole order wrong smothered in sauce not toasted. Definitely thrown together not in a proper order. Definitely poor hygiene didn’t even eat my sandwich wouldn’t recommend you to eat there as wellUxbridge mass.
Fruit flies all over their vegetables so I passed on adding anything to my sub. Also, they refuse to accept coupons without warning and none of the promo codes are accepted on the app. Cheap skates.
