So, I will not purchase anything from this shop again, first of all I went there to get 2 subs, when I walked in I noticed that the meat window is covered so you don't see how stingy their are with the meat, they don't want you to see how much meat they are putting on the subs which is NOT much. My tuna sub had almost no tuna, so pretty much it was all bread, same thing with my BMT, tones of vegetables and not much meat, very disappointed, for now on I will be ordering my food from sub shops, hope you run out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 subs barely any meat or veggies on it and they couldn’t even cut them. For the price I’ll go to jersey mikes and at least get some stuff in the sandwich

Got curbside pickup lady who brought it out had no respect and then continued to throw her hands in the air while walking back in the store then when she got in the store she was yelling to the other customers and seemed very upset about something. Not sure what I said thank you have a great day with a smile when she came to the window. Poor customer service. Maybe it was cause she forgot her dentures.Then got home to eat and whole order wrong smothered in sauce not toasted. Definitely thrown together not in a proper order. Definitely poor hygiene didn’t even eat my sandwich wouldn’t recommend you to eat there as wellUxbridge mass.

Fruit flies all over their vegetables so I passed on adding anything to my sub. Also, they refuse to accept coupons without warning and none of the promo codes are accepted on the app. Cheap skates.

Both subs were terrible mine a BLT was supposed to have Turkey no Turkey I didn’t get charged for Turkey. My Husband had a large Italian and was sick all night I think cold cuts were not good. 22 dollars down the drain. Also roll was hard. Very Bad experience!?this was Uxbridge

Ordered my sandwich ahead and it wasn’t ready till 20 mins after the fact. As soon as my sandwich was done, it was straight up cold steak. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed short staffed, but then the lady decided to be rude and refused to refund me. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I almost never want to step foot in a subway ever again.

I walk into subway, look at the menu and order. As I am describing my perfect sandwich they tell me that the do not have American Cheese!! What kind of sandwich shop doesn't have American Cheese!!

They always make it so perfect! The right amount of what I pick and very kind. The only thing about going in the one across from the unibank, is there are a bunch of kids that don't have nothing better to do but take up the tables and so no one can sit. I actually had left to go to another one with my partner. They were not wearing a mask and just everywhere. I think there should be a limit of kids in there. Smh. Other then that, I had gone in there and it was delicious. Shame there is no control of how many school kids should be in there.

Low quality meat at this location. I enjoy robust, fresh, flavorful meat.I say to the manager- Why is your meat so beat? He replies- I have no clue what you’re talking about, I’ve got the finest meat in Worcester county right here!I explain and explain and explain how I enjoy my meats. These low grade sewer slabs of “turkey” on my sandwich did NOT satisfy. Meat is not to be messed with! Management, FIX YOUR MEAT!

Owner seems cheap. Bread has changed in quality, mayo was watered-down and took away oven roasted chicken in place with rotisserie chicken. Super disappointed compared to the other subways in the area. Customer service is always good.

I’ve given this subway a couple shots. Just got more and more disappointing. I placed a sandwich to be picked up at 11:25am. Got there at 11:35am. Wasn’t asked to be helped until 11:45am. When I stated “oh I’m here for a pick up,” I was informed that the order hadn’t been made or even started. Three other sandwiches were made. It was 12:20pm at this point and I didn’t have time to wait because I needed to get back to work. I paid through PayPal so I legit paid 13 bucks to subway for nothing. Second time that happened too. Safe to say I’ll probably go again, but not if I need or want my order to be on time or right. Will pick up from there only if I have to.

When I go there on Sundays there is a green haired girl and she gives me really cold sandwiches, once the meat was clearly not taken out beforehand as it had a crunchy chewy texture, and I always get the same chicken bacon ranch melt. The reason I am giving it a 5 star review is because all the other times I go there a woman with glasses makes them perfectly, it's warm, not mangled and torn apart, she doesn't fold corners and evenly distributes the ingredients

Worst experience ever. I used the app to order a sub gave them 25 min to make it before picking it up. I got notified that it was ready. When I went there it was not and the employee was just chating with someone else. I waited 10 min after till I has to return to work. It took a half hour for the employee to pick up the phone when I asked her I would like a refund cuz at this point it took her an hour ro make my sandwich. She did not give me one and said I had to wait 3 days before they could.. long story short I will never go there and none of my friends too.
