Loved this place when Brunette owner from the North End owned it. The Ambiance is very tight but they were always accommodating! NO MORE!!! The New owner heavy-set woman with tattoos is "very Unpleasant". She tried to put our party of three at a occupied table where two people already eating. She attached another table and chairs with one chair in the way of the kitchen where the employees where bringing out the prepared food. We told the woman with the tattoos that we would gladly wait till our other guest arrived and maybe a better separate table would be available. She replied, "when your 3rd guest arrives, the table I told you to go to will be your table". Very Unprofessional and not the way to treat paying customers. We left immediately and went to "IRON TOWN" in Saugus, 10 minutes away and LOVED IT!! We will NEVER be back to a place where they treat you so disrespectful !! We dine out at many eating establishments and never ever was treated the way this woman treated us. We also have many friends in that area and we plan to pass the word... They need to know that Customers are the Backbone of all businesses. AVOID THIS PLACE !!

Parking: The parking consists of limited street parking located in front of the building. If you try to park on the side parking lot you will be towed! Those spaces are for other businesses in that lot!

It must be good. I arrived at 10am on a Friday and the line was out the door, so we went elsewhere.

We have been coming here for a few years now. Space is tight. We went with our family. Blueberry pancakes were not made with fresh blueberries, tasteless. Breakfast potatoes were bland and flavorless with no seasoning. No seasonings on any of the eggs. Bacon was overly cooked and in peices.

Not 15 minutes after the we sat down (two brown men, mind you) the staff came over to ask if we were done eating. One of us had half the plate full still. We said no, only to have the waitress come and give us the check 3 minutes later. Payment process was also very rude, with the waitress calling us over wagging her finger and rolling her eyes like we were a burden. Very rude staff, hostile atmosphere. Would not recommend for anyone with an ethnic background, it seems we’re not welcome there.

Stumbled across this place almost 7 years ago and have swung in when in the area. It never disappoints. It’s been awhile since my last visit, and appears to be under new management and has been updated, aesthetically speaking. Though I miss the cozy (as in “warm” feeling) atmosphere that the red walls created, the new decor is nice too, just a very different vibe, and still “cozy” in the “small space” kind of way. Because of the small space and other acoustic factors, the din can be quite loud if the house is packed - especially if there are kids. The sound tends to bounce off the walls, especially with restless kids proverbially bouncing off the walls, haha! But, the food hasn’t changed a bit, nor has the excellent service and it is well priced given recent inflation. I will continue to patronize when in the area and recommend anytime Wakefield or brunch in the north metro area comes up in conversation.

Fantastic breakfast, great service and a cute setting.

I'm sure it's busy on the weekends but we were seated after a short wait on a late Friday morning.
