I highly recommend Cravings at Colonial Spa on main st in downtown Wakefield for an unforgettable ice cream experience. Stepping into this charming cafe feels like a journey back in time to the nostalgic 50’s, offering homemade frozen yogurt, dairy-free options, a diverse selection of flavors and toppings, along with an array of candies, specialty sweet treats and gourmet chocolates. Cravings is a sweet spot. Not only is the ice cream delicious, the staff is awesome. I stopped in today with my son, Johnny, (my favorite ice cream buddy) for our “craving” and the place was poppin’ like a popcorn machine. Even still we didn’t have to wait long and found a seat to enjoy our treat. Get your cone club card and fill it up. Remember to tip and grab extra napkins.
This place was great! We visited on the 4th of July, and even though it was very busy, the service was quick and friendly. The homemade ice cream was absolutely delicious. They have chocolate as well. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
