Don’t bother making a mobil order in the morning. The place is very disorganized and slow. Took over 20 minutes to get my regular hot coffee w/ milk. Meanwhile people who ordered at the counter were getting served almost immediately. Very dissatisfied.

This is one of the few Dunkin' locations that I trust to make the Tomato Pesto Grill sandwich correctly the way I like it...nicely grilled and crunchy, and the cheese melted properly. Yum. Too late to post a picture as I was hungry and already finished the sandwich haha. Well managed location. Staff are friendly and the service is good; busy during the wknds but their wknd team seems very efficient so the service is still fast and good.

ice coffee tastes like very watered down "ice coffee". I should of said something as soon as I saw it. maybe staff needs training on making coffee.

What can be said, it's a Dunkin Donuts! Super clean, fast and friendly service. If you're served by a guy named Danny, be prepared to laugh your pants off even though he's not trying to make you laugh ????

Came in here this morning it wasn't even busy I was the only one inside. The white lady was so rude if she didn't want to attend me I could of waited for the other person working. She gave me a horrible attitude and dirty looks. I'm disabled so it takes me a little while to order I only came in because I live really close by. Her behavior was very uncalled for not sure if Wakefield is full of racists my brother went to the local shaws and got treated horribly to. Just moved to the area I like that everything is close by. Normally it wouldn't bother me if someone is rude to be but she was so extra and yelled at me when I asked for another donut. Next time I'll try to walk up to the honey dew and see if they are nicer.
