If I could rate it a 0 I would, avoid this Dunkins at all cost!! Employees are rude, waited 20-30 minutes for a mobile order while she kept helping everyone else.. ridiculous.

Previously, ordered the Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese and no bacon. Sent a note to Dunkin headquarter and no response. Then today ordered it again with an offer for 150 extra points but the points did not show up on my account. My wife ordered a coffee with cookie butter syrup but no syrup. Last 2 experiences were subpar.

Woman working the drive thru was rude and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I was the first to say hello and she barely acknowledged me. I asked for a dunkalatte with added sugar and she gave me the dirtiest look and said “dunkalattes don’t come with sugar so what are you asking” and I just looked at her and said I wanted some sugar added like from a packet or something? She told me the price and I gave her my card. When she went to give it back I had to reach basically in the drive thru window to get it back since she’s sitting down in a chair. Just unprofessional and made the interaction uncomfortable. I didn’t catch a name tag but she has a breathe right strip on her nose…

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I had such a bizarre and inappropriate experience at this Dunkin’ that I have to say something. This location doesn’t have a speaker for drive-thru orders, so you have to place your order face-to-face at the window. When I pulled up, the employee didn’t greet me — I said hello first and then waited about 30 seconds to place my order while she explained she was “taking her shoes off to be more comfortable.”

After I ordered, she commented on my pimple patches, saying I should “invest in skin-colored ones or put makeup over them.” I told her I wasn’t planning on leaving the house today except to get my coffee. I was stunned — who says such an unnecessary and personal remark like that to a customer?

To top it all off, she herself was wearing a BREATHE RIGHT STRIP on her nose — which made the unsolicited skincare advice even more ironic. I left annoyed and honestly just pissed off. I wasn’t asking for commentary on my appearance. I just wanted a coffee.

This interaction was wildly unprofessional and absolutely not how you treat a paying customer.

Dont know what's wrong in the last few months. Ice coffee doesn't taste like its coffee at all it's like water with milk and the butter pecan or caramel flavors taste like it has cinnamon in it.

ordered on the app but Wasn’t given an item i paid for because it was sold out so had to go back the next day, asked for the manager because that is what the people working the day i originally went said to do. manager refused to come talk to me. Told her employee she wasn’t dealing with me. Lady that’s your job. If you don’t wanna do the customer service find a different job.

Consistently the absolute worst Dunkin in town. Unbelievably slow, coffee is often burned, and they can’t figure out that putting a speaker on the order board would speed up the whole process. Worth driving past to get to one that it doesn’t take 10 min to get a coffee

I’ve been in the drive-through for over 45 minutes now when I got to the window, no one knew what food I wanted when it was just a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain bagel. The person had to get another person because the first person didn’t know English. The service sucks. We paid them and they asked for money again not to mention it was $11 for two sandwiches. And then it took 15 minutes for the food to get ready I would never recommend this place ever. It should get torn down.
